When a day really is normal you wouldn't remember over a month later exactly what Casey and Caylee were wearing and what Casey said about working late that night. My dad would've just kept watching his tv show and maybe acknowledged that I was walking out the door. MOO

Which is why I've NEVER believed George - or that he didn't know what had happened to Caylee prior to his picking up the car at the tow yard. He knew before July 15.

Couple of comments:

Several people on the show tonight indicated that there was a good deal of sympathy for George and Cindy. This really surprizes me. I have a feeling that those who do not know amny the details of the case have a different opinion of George and Cindy.

Considering that neither George nor Cindy ever met Zanny how can they be so sure the Zenaida suing is not the Zenaida KC is referring to? They only have hearsay from KC. Would this be admissable at trial? they acrted like the attoprnies were stupid because based on KC's description this Zanny is not the right Zanny... it is all a bit twisted. They believe this description yet they know there daughter lies about just about everything. Zenaida apparently has stright hair - so that explains why she gave KC her curling/straightening iron - guess she got a new one!

Cindy denies there was a fight - but doesnt that information come from KC to Lee. So is KC lying about the fight but telling the truth about Zenaida's description??


Is it true that KC had provided two different descriptions of Zenaida?

I find it interesting that they were supposedly looking for Caylee but left the police to find Zenaida - the person their daughter indicated had Caylee. Did KC ever go to the supposed addresses that she gave Cindy. Does this list really exist. Cindy was a bit vague on where these numbers would be. I find this odd.

I am concerned about theidea that Cindy is planting a case in her deposition. The idea that KC had an overnight bag for Caylee - someone on the show last night pointed out - could be a set up. Example - She had her fav blanket and stickers etc in this overnight bag which Zanny took. Thats why all those things were found at the site where Caylee was found. This would explain why things from the home were found.

Hello all! I've been reading awhile but this is my first post. Since in the deposition Cindy DENIED having an argument with Casey on the night of the 15th and LP has the theory that Casey stormed out with Caylee that night instead of the afternoon of the 16th like George claims......I'm wondering if anyone at all has come forward and said that they saw Casey out of the house late that night or the next morning? It would seem more logical to me that Casey would have killed Caylee that night while in a fit of rage at Cindy after they left the house. It doesn't make sense that they would go to bed, sleep the rest of the night, spend the morning at the house and then leave around 1pm on the 16th, like George claims, and then kill her.

Good thinking, unfortunately your thinking logiclly, IMO, the A's suffer under no such burden!

I don't believe IF Cindy had Zanny's phone number Cindy would have been desperately asking Casey how Caylee was on a public myspace blog. IF Cindy had had Zanny's phone after Casey started giving her the run-around about Caylee not coming to the phone, Cindy would have been calling Zanny.

IF Cindy ever had numbers she KNOWS the phone numbers Casey gave her were bogus OR Casey put her off and never gave her Zanny's number. Either way, Cindy lied when she said she wasn't worried and that is why she didn't call the nanny. She didn't call the nanny because she either didn't have the number or the number she had was bogus.

I agree, a 2 year old could be with ANYONE and have their baby blanket and a few favorite toys, books or stickers along but the laundry bag AND the garbage bag are the key......not to mention the smell in the car.

I don't believe IF Cindy had Zanny's phone number Cindy would have been desperately asking Casey how Caylee was on a public myspace blog. IF Cindy had had Zanny's phone after Casey started giving her the run-around about Caylee not coming to the phone, Cindy would have been calling Zanny.

IF Cindy ever had numbers she KNOWS the phone numbers Casey gave her were bogus OR Casey put her off and never gave her Zanny's number. ITA. Either Cindy told a "mistruth" about having phone numbers for Zanny, or Casey gave her fake numbers. I'm torn, it could be either. Though I seem to remember some of the phone numbers on Casey's cell phone were fake. Maybe it was Lee who said he called a number from her directory that was listed as a boyfriend but was really a neighbor. Anyone remember that?

So she snuck back in the Anthony house WHILE GEORGE WAS HOME to download a picture of Fusian onto her photobucket?

That would be the only time after she left the Anthony house at 4 p.m. on June 16 that Casey knowingly came in while one of her parents was home.

If Caylee was dead, Casey could have been with Tony sooner, slept in on June 16 and gone to her parents to pack and download after George went to work.

If Casey had stormed out of the house with Caylee, Caylee would be in bedclothes. Caylee was found in play clothes without shoes. The way you would put a baby down for her nap. It isn't like Casey dressed Caylee up in something special before she wrapped her in the trash bags. I think Casey was found with the clothes she had on when she died.

I think KC was looking for some action but KC is not that clever to seek DNA and to frame JG.

As LP said, KC lives life 10 minutes at a time. She had moved on from Caylee other than dealing with the foul smell in the car.

Lets face it, even when she was caught by CA at TL's, KC was still playing hardball over Caylee being asleep at the Nanny's. KC had not even worked on an alibi, it hadn't really occurred to her until LA had the chat in the bedroom about LE on their way and they'd require KC to take them to Caylee.

KC may have intended to do some cover up but she is lazy, living the party life and, not bright. Lets face it, KC dumped Caylee and all her stuff around the corner from the house!

She did it so she can play it over and over so she can get her lies straight. They are all arrogant and they need to go to jail with thier daughter.

Maybe she set the camera up for BC, he might have also wanted a tape of the depositions.Being in a wheelchair he might have asked her to do it.I would have wanted my lawyer to video it also,why should just one side be able to do it.

I admit to the same thoughts. I even wondered if she brought a condom for DNA collecting.

But those that think she wasn't that good of a planner are probably right. She was a very sloppy criminal.

I find it interesting how little the A's claim to know about there 20-21 year old daughter who lives in their house. Don't know if she does her taxes, don't know if she has a credit card, think she has a job for 2 years when she doesn't. Amazed that CA claims to have no problem with KC helping herself to $200-300. Amazed that CA claims to never talk to KC's friends.

And a totally amazed that neither of them were interested in meeting this 10 baby sitter, or for that matter, any of the people who are watching Caylee except JG who I assume they did meet, and whom I suspect they will throw under the bus in short order.

The more the A's say a thing didn't happen, the more likely I am to believe it did!

I don't know about that.....I heard that she tried to get JG to go get GA's gas cans and put gas in that car therefore putting his prints on it.

You're making perfect sense. Did you also notice how Jean Casares pronounced her name tonight, compared with how Nancy pronounces it? I think this is what could've happened with the rental office. The person working there didn't know Spanish or Hispanic names, and started spelling it with a "C". MOO

The document dumps have a H. Garcia.. showing her the apt and filling out the card.

I think a person with the name Garcia would not Spanish or Hispanic names.
