I thought he would be worried about what they might say, but now that it has been mentioned, I wouldn't be surprised if he wants to make sure they don't talk to her about taking a plea.

That was my thought too, and I wonder if he's worried that they might talk to her about firing JB and having a qualified DP attorney her main attorney.

Funny how LP always has all the info after the fact ..

He will be on the stand at the trial. And I suspect he will have alot to say.
But when he is on cross he will be confronted with all of his media appearences with all of his recorded theories of what went down that were ever changing.
The testimony that I am looking forward to from the LP camp is the female body guard and Rob. She was Casey's shadow for the short time she was in the fold and I suspect Rob will have plenty to say...he is a good looking man, IMO ingenious of LP to put him in the mix considering Casey's history. Rob is a smart dude and I am sure he asked the right questions in a subtle mannor and took everything in. He even handled Cindy with kid gloves at JBP when they crashed the prayer vigil. I have heard it said that the only friend that George has is Rob.
Both have not said one word publicly about their role in this case.
If this case does go to trial, I will be rivited to their input.

What I notice about Cindy and George when the Nancy Grace shows clips from the CBS morning show is how they characterize their daughter's actions. It's always in the passive 3rd person as in they don't know what happened to her (Casey) in those 31 days. They don't say what they think Casey actually did while she was out of the house during those 31 days from June 15 to July 15. It's almost like they are trying to make people believe that Casey was a passive participant in her own life while everyone else was an active participant in Casey's life, therefore whatever happened Casey couldn't be responsible for it (ie Caylee's murder and disposing of her body). It fits in with the SODDI defense which is what I think the defense will be.

As to the vet on the witness list I wonder if this has to do with the frozen snake that LE took from one of RK's co-workers (most recent doc dump). It's too gruesome to think that there could be human DNA inside that snake.

Casey had to have been somewhere in those 31 days. And unless she was sleeping in a tent, cardboard box, there will be alot of testimony about where she was and what she was doing during that time. Not to mention the cell records that pinpointed her location. I have no doubt that they will tie in all the pings and have a full presentation to her comings and goings, plus video from various stores, etc to show that she had not been seen with Caylee since the time she left her parents house with Caylee still breathing.

What would be more gruesome to me is if they found DNA in maggots in the trunk of the car. Wouldn't that be incredible and definitive?

Has LP, Rob and/or the female bodyguard ever shown up on the official witness lists for the criminal trial that the state has released and revised as time has gone on? I think the last revision was in March... but I can't find the list anywhere...

You know what's weird, the only "feeling" I ever had about Caylee's death was that she was shot:eek: I hate even writing that. I never said anything b/c it seemed too farfetched. jmo
Did GA keep a gun in the house?

Just askin'

Yes........and it was confiscated within a day or two of Casey being bonded out. Late one night deputies from OCSO came to the house, opened the garage, and went through George's car, confiscating a pistol that was hidden in the wheel well.

could the vet be for the chloroform? maybe they use different kinds of chloroform on animals then they do with people......

even though the medical examiner said caylee's death was murder......how do they know that? medical examiner made it sound like there was something there at the crime scene that made it confirmed it to be a murder.....if they cant tell cause of death....could they still be able to see manor of death? or is cause and manor the same thing.....if they are.....what else would there have to be to show murder?

I was thinking....blood splatter on something......a note of confession from KC.....picture or video of it.....

I know there was duct tape....and the body was just dumped.....and I believe KC did it....im just trying to figure out how they could come up with murder.....something was there....

The manner of death is homicide because of how the body was found and the circumstances surrounding. For instance, what else could explain the death of a two year old with duck tape around her head? Cod is unknown because they have no way of knowing because of the state the remains were in. Unless there was visible trauma there would be no way to tell. Even the ME said it was highly unlikely anything would come back from tox.

ETA: I'm praying something did come back from tox.

ETA: And afaik, chloroform is chloroform not matter who or what it is used on.

I agree with what you said.....and i do feel that KC is the one that killed caylee........im just trying to figure out what made the medical exam.....call it a homicide.....was it because of the duct tape and the body being baged and dumped? or does the medical exam.....need something more....something we dont know yet.....:)

The medical examiner can take into account ALL information available at the time of the autopsy in ruling "cause of death". In other words, that ruling is based on more than physical evidence. "Manner of death" is based on physical evidence obtained during the autopsy. So Dr. G ruled homicide based on the evidence (whether BC wants to call it that yet or not) obtained to date, most likely including the 31 days KC did not report Caylee missing, the fact Caylee was hidden in a trash bag and left in a swamp, and even the lifestyle her mother was leading while she didn't report her missing. In short form, "cause of death" is more subjective than "manner of death".

The reason it is called a homicide is because Caylee didn't die of natural causes. Caylee was killed by the hands of someone else, placed in trash bags and a laundry bag, with duct tape across her mouth and dumped in the woods. Homicide = the killing of a human being by another human being.
