No, unfortunately I'm overruled on the TV most nights (I don't really mind. :cheerful: ). Though I do miss Nancy, which is why I so appreciate this thread!

I've smelled both travelgal, a potato don't have nothing on the odor of a human. Maybe if you take a rotten potato and multiply it by about 10,000 times.

Okay, this is gross to admit, but here it is:
Years ago, my sister, who was living on a potato farm (yeah, in Idaho), gave me like, 150 lbs. of potatoes. They were divided up into various boxes and bags. I put the boxes in the very back of my Subaru station wagon, and the bags on the floor of the back seat. Then I delivered them to various relatives. Somewhere along the way, some of the potatoes from the bags fell out and rolled around, and a couple of the smaller ones wedged themselves under the front seats.

Long story short, you can imagine the grossness that ensued in my cluttery car, and when I found the potatoes, they were unrecognizable black, slimy hunks of putrid evil! HOWEVER, the stench was NOTHING compared to the smell of decomposing flesh.

I never thought that story would come in handy...

What does LP have against RK? He is bent on convincing everyone that RK was told where to find the body by someone in LE who overheard..even if this is true, so what? Why does that make RK such a bad person? It's almost like Padilla won't shut up about it b/c he WANTS the body evidence to get thrown out due to a violation of attorney client priviledge..grrrr

My theory about that is that LP likes to talk big and to come off as a big spender. Remember he promised a large reward (I forgot the exact amount) for whoever found Caylee’s body. RK found the body and LP refused to give the reward and made all these excuses, but the only way he knows to keep people from bringing it up is to make out like RK is a bad guy.

You know, to be honest, I haven't been able to figure LP out. I think he's a good guy with a big heart, that much I've decided on. His theories leave me totally confused though.

I have to share this. My husband's practically rolling on the floor. I just caught my 7 year old, autistic son singing in his best Barry White impersonation in the bathroom mirror: "I like 'em big! I like 'em -chunky-!"

In case you don't know, it's from Madagascar 2. I have tears it was so funny!

How cute!! Were you able to get it on video? Those kinds of moments stay with you forever even without video, photos, etc. :blowkiss:

The thing is, even if JB challenges the air samples as junk science and that hair too with the death band, they are more plausible given that Caylee was found murdered as well as both CA and GA smelling decomp in the trunk -- especially GA. Didn't the cadaver dogs also hit on the car? JB can challenge one piece or pieces but how does he address all of the supporting evidence?

I don't think he's going to be able to do it. Once you put all those pieces together there is no way he is going to be able to challenge that. Maybe he thinks he'll get a whole bunch of uneducated idiots on the jury, IDK.

Playing more of Cindy's depo - where she says there was no fight, and she goes on to get very angry.

I think when you have a very argumentative personality, it is very hard to distinguish between a fight and a small disagreement. I think CA is very over the top in her depo's yet in her eyes, it was a disagreement and she won. It's just a matter of perception and I think there this family shows signs of verbal abuse so it would be hard to discern between what we would call a fight and their discussion.

I can never forget CA in the driveway, "there was no odor in the car when they towed it, NO ODOR." I wonder if after everything has come to light including KC's text about the odor if she feels like a fool. I just never get that out of my head for some reason. Especially when I think of her saying in the depo about someone looking like an #%$ on camera.

well, this is only my theory, mind you. I think lp is a buffer for le/fbi. When they need attention away from something or somebody--they say bring you mouth over for a few. See---i think that le/fbi has dc kinda in hiding---out of the spotlight. Now when we start asking questions about where is dc then lp comes on ng and starts bringin up kronk. Attention taken off dc---good boy---kronk ain't gonna git in trouble and defense can't touch him. Ain't gonna happen.------->how ya like me now? Lmao

Yup! The crime scene has a cast of characters that tramped around it but KC's car is a unique problem, JB needs to try to exclude the decomp smell and hair with death band since they implicate KC and not SODDI.
