NM...even my son said it was more than he can handle!

The side by side pictures Nancy mentioned are a good idea, I couldn't stand to see them, but the jury should, IMO.

Nancy was talking with Dr. Michael Arnall about the autopsy report. Some key points were: Animal activity can be detected by bite marks on the bones; carnivores present indicated by scattered bones; duct tape could have been put on the head and over the mouth to stifle victim crying.

More now about the forensic tests run by LE, including replicating the odors from rotten pizza and decomposing squirrel.

Q: Restraint? How'd she restrain her? A: She was probably in the car seat. How much more restraint do you need? My kid can't move a half inch in his car seat!

Now showing parts of video depo of GA where lawyer calls Caylee's body "remains" and GA threatens to walk out "how dare you...".

Caller asking about possible other restraints on Caylee's body in order for perp to put duct tape on her, suggesting she could've also been asleep or unconscious.

Marc Klaas: Glad judge released autopsy report. Saying the A's are in more denial than he's ever seen a family in his entire experiences. They're going to have to toughen up and let's take this thing to trial.

One does not need restraints to tape a kid.

The A's aren't in denial. IMO

What is the evidence that proves premeditation beyond a reasonable doubt?
Multiple layers of duct tape over the mouth and nose. (Suffocation/silencing/staging). Premeditated Chloroform searches on the computer, then evidence of Chloroform in the trunk. Casey NEVER reported her daughter missing, was forced to admit Caylee was missing only when Cindy called 911 31 days after Caylee was last seen.

Well thank goodness the state is not in that position in this case !

And to beat the same dead horse the state is not required to prove premeditation. Death of a child during the act of aggravated child abuse is a capital crime in the state of Florida. There is a reason she was indicted for aggravated child abuse. Any reasonable person would find duct taping the mouth of a child to be abusive, and abusive to the level that any reasonable person could predict it causing severe damage or pain to the victim. Whether the state can prove premeditation (and I believe they can) it is not an issue.

Holding on to someone is restraining them.

Back to showing more of GA's argument to the judge to stop release of the autopsy report. Also showing Caylee on Fathers' Day 2008.

Also video clip of the DA asking GA about how many times he's appeared in the media on this case.

Caller asking if GA is still receiving professional help for his attempted suicide. Mark Williams saying medical records are sealed and don't know if he's still getting help.

Exactly. Consider the difference in size between Casey and Caylee.

Didn't Mark W just say a nurse from Halifax told him that GA did not take any pills and he only did it for "attention"?

I would go over that, but right now I am in the middle of watching NG...so it will have to wait. I am sure if you do a search on this topic there might be a whole thread dedicated to it.

Nancy's back to talking with Danny Knight from the tattoo parlor. Nancy's asking if Casey was ever distraught, etc. He's saying she told him Caylee was with the nanny and everything seemed normal. Earlier she had brought Caylee into the shop and seemed like an attentive mother.

Now to another topic.

YOU are so right ! I forgot about that Felony MURDER law and the Agg child abuse charge ! Thank goodness that's on the books !

Duct tape.

I've not heard that the duct was put on while she was alive, only that it was allegedly put on before decomposition began.

Also, the Lady Attorney on the panel said, "If Casey had a Good Lawyer" he would try for a plea. haha
