Is it my interpretation but do others get the impression Cindy believed Zanny existed based on videos, toy balls, a hair straightener and a blow up mattress for Caylee to sleep on(that was in the A home and not with Caylee after June15) to go along with Casey's stories(a dog, drum set, Zanny's invisa family etc..) EVEN though no one ever saw, met nor spoke with Zanny.

Heck unless I actually see in person or speak with someone how can you make the call the person even exists?

Actually, I can see that happening. CA was involved with her own problems...GA in and out of work...stresses of her job...KC stealing money...She didn't think - or want to think - Caylee was in any danger. So, she allowed herself to believe that "Zanny" was a good person who took care of Caylee. After all, as she says in this doc dump interview (that we already reviewed the video), KC was such a good mom that she wouldn't allow Caylee in a smoke-filled room. (WHATEVER!)

BUT - and I mean BUT! - once LE interviewed KC after Caylee went missing and KC lied about everything but her cup size, THEN that is when CA has been acting like a fool. To believe KC after all that? No excuse!

Page 7389 (and a few following pages) show Travis N SSN # without it being blacked out. Is that .. I mean, you'd be stupid to steal HIS number but still.

I'm sure the info is included in the docs because the law says the state has to disclose everything. But I am surprised that the media isn't redacting it. If Fla. doesn't quickly change that law and allow the identity related info to be redacted from the Sunshine law materials IMO there will be a class action lawsuit against the state before this case goes to trial.

I don't have any idea what CA actually believed; I just think she was making statements to LE that made it look like she DID believe there was a real Zanny somewhere and that some of the ridiculous lies, uh, statements her daughter had made somehow had credibility. CA was in spin mode the minute LE carted KC off to jail.

I think Casey started feeding her mother BS about the nanny from jail, everything Cindy came up with was mentioned by Casey in the infamous Aug. 14th jail video. Cindy tried to feed it all in turn to LE, to prove there really was a Nanny. It was not the first time Cindy threw Casey's lies out to LE, to see if they might believe them, in the first rambling interviews, Cindy really tries IMO to get the detectives to believe all the convoluted lies Casey was telling her! I really think Cindy was trying to convince LE that Casey was telling the truth, and if they had believed it, she would have run with it, hoping to get the charges dropped. Theses women really thought they could outsmart LE with lies.

At least LE and the SA will be able to show they DID investigate others.
What I find even more vile is people wanting to investigate and publicly display info on random innocent people who have NO connection to KC.KC threw out made up names and anyone with those names have been subjected to public scrutiny.
A lot of people have been ,and will be hurt in this case.

I agree! Even Juilette L' baby Annabelle.
Have you ever noticed that KC's pretend people always have unique names? Why not a Tom, Dick or Mary every now and again?

When I first heard about the hair straightener I figured KC stole it from somebody and when CA ask her where she got it---she said from zanny. Was just a red flag for some reason.

FL's sunshine laws are far too invasive. Release should be limited to only AFTER the trial and, perhaps, only to information directly related to the trial. FL should change these intrusive laws to protect witnesses and innocent bystanders. Absolutely no SS or phone numbers should be released. Addresses should probably also be redacted. Otherwise, there will be a lot less co-operation with the authorities when people think their private lives could be laid bare for all to see and use just because they saw a crime or knew someone who committed one. The legislature really should do something. The broad scope of FL's sunshine statutes does not protect the rights of the innocent!

Reading this interview with Cindy is like having my teeth yanked out of my head, honest to God. She can't form a complete sentence, not one. I don't think she really understands what a "red flag" is, because she's misusing the term all throughout. Her reasoning is so unsound, all these "clues" she's saying Casey left her - the Hard Rock Hotel was a clue for Guitar Hero? Zanny was code for whomever the babysitter of the moment was? When Zanny totaled her car, it was a clue meaning somebody else got a new car? How does that mind of her connect things like that?

First impressions are lasting ones and it wouldn't be a stretch of the imagination(based on Casey's misdeeds)that she may have purchased it with stolen money.

I'm pretty sure the 'umbillical cord' was the discarded stump from Caylee. Its has become more common for today's moms to save it as momento. I only got as far as first hair-cut clipping and the odd baby tooth. Never dawned on me to save everything. I guess if the DNA is still viable, it might come in handy.

We got our adopted baby girl at birth. SO I got to keep her stump off her umbilical cord. I was never given her footprints or handprints from the hospital, so this was the FIRST that I got to keep. She was 34 months before we finally got to adopt her, so I am glad we got it. Our twins that we adopted were 5 months old when we got them placed in our home, so I didn't get theirs but would have kept them too. I have 2 grown kids and never thought to keep theirs. They are my birth children. So it isn;t as crazy as it seems.

I haven't gotten to that yet..mainly because I don't think I can sit thru her interview.

I've heard the Zanny was code for whomever was the babysitter---which should be mentioned would refer to her as well.

But I have not heard that
1) The Hard Rock Hotel was a clue for Guitar Hero???? What the hay! and
2) Zanny's totalled car meant somebody got a new car..?? Huh? Is this where she refers to Amy?

How does one even take that in with a straight face?

Clues..geez...I hope to read one day in the future a book published by someone involved on the LE side of this case, about what they thought at the time this carp was unfolding.

The "mouse book" that is listed in the inventory, is this the one Caylee had at her Great Grandfather's ?

Could this stuff have been retrieved from the dumpster at Amscot ?
I just started to read but got excited-Are these the Dumpster bags in a photo on the Photobucket thread that seemed suspicous? If so now we know why that pic was taken along with a pic of the A's side yard.

The SODDI defense is so nauseating. All of the evidence appears to point solely back to KC. Clearly, the LE did an exhaustive investigation into him...and though the information released and obtained is such a violation into his life...I am also satisified that the defense can't say that JG was not investigated.
He took a lie detector test. CA, LA and GA refused.
He graduated high school. KC was too lazy and stupid to achieve that.
JG at least had paying jobs. KC worked for a brief amount of time and then abandoned her child.
KC was the last known person seen with Caylee. Had possession of that car. Abandoned that car. Had TL come pick her up in the parking lot where she abandoned that same car.
KC didn't report Caylee missing. KC lied to LE.
And yet...the defense thinks intelligent reasonable people...are going to allow them to point the figure at JG just because he wasn't cut out to be a cop?

JG is not the one stealing from family and friends.
JG is not the one making up nannies.
JG is not the one making up jobs.
JG is not the one shacking up with anyone who would show him the time of day.
JG isn't a known liar.
JG graduated from highschool.
JG has no motive to murder Caylee. I wonder who it was that stole, lied, cheated and whored through their adult life that might have a motive....hmmm....who oh who could that be?

So I guess the docs ARE out, huh?! LOL

Just came on to check...anyone want to help an old lady out and give a brief synopsis of what they've released?

I'm just astonished, sickened and sad about all these docs about Jesse. I mean, his credit report, his school grades. what on earth... That Casey has ripped this boy's entire life open for the whole world to see. I can't think of anything more vile than this (ok yes I can, but still).
As of now I won't read the personal info released abt JG. Maybe on a cold winter day...

Video on Documents Released In Casey Anthony Case - Kathi B talks about Jesse and what the defense might be planning!!

http://www.wftv.com/video/20225606/index.html

This is my feeling upon viewing that piece:
LE/FBI have cleared Jesse, just as they have looked into and cleared other people associated with Caylee and Casey in Caylee's disappearance and murder and that would include the Anthony family with the exception of Casey.

IMO All roads lead to Casey, she is the center.
