First impressions are lasting ones and it wouldn't be a stretch of the imagination(based on Casey's misdeeds)that she may have purchased it with stolen money.

Re: the hair-straightener. Why would KC need hair straightener??? (I'm a hair dresser), she doesn't need that product!

This one letter from the FBI that's in today's doc dump says soooooo much to me about this case. It makes me absolutely sick to my stomach.

I am very proud of those young adults (I almost called them kids :)) for stepping up to the plate and taking the test! They did the right thing. Good for them!

As for the list of people who refused, all I can say is....poor Caylee! She deserved better!

I cannot believe that this was done to JG, I will not read anything of his that is that personal.

Kinda OT, but after trudging through Jessie's recruit records and visiting the Officer Down site, I have a renewed respect for all police officers. Just not information I've really processed before.

Thank you any law enforcment peeps out there (and their families) for all that you do!

I feel the EXACT same way you do. I stopped reading because it just felt wrong to me. I hope JG will one day be able to move away from this mess and have a somewhat normal life.

Oh yes! Those five young adults are an example of what should be done if a child is missing - coorperate with authorities no matter what. They should be commended for their actions.

It's the list of people who refused that makes me ill. I could not imagine refusing to do anything that LE asked of me if I had a missing loved one. Their refusal shows that they cared little to nothing for Caylee.

Reading through Jesses employment history with Orlando LE until I just couldn't anymore and seeing all the reference and other checks done prior to his hiring. Kid has a clean record and then he meets Casey, who destroys everything he's worked for. All these innocent bystanders getting ruined while the A's refuse lie detectors. It's surreal.

That little child was betrayed by her whole family.
She was ,wasn't she.
The people who took the LDT were honest with police in their interviews about their lifestyles. They understood the gravity of the situation and cooperated fully with LE.
But not Caylee's own family.
So go ahead JB,try to smack everyone else down.It will backfire. It's so obvious who did what.

I hope he writes a book and gets SOMETHING out of this.

I still to this day don't understand why, if they didn't have anything to do with Caylee's disappearance and murder they refused the lie detector test. That just has never made sense to me. It is one of the first things I would have done.

We now know what kind of grades Grund received in highschool, what his ACT and SAT scores were, what every employer he ever had who was willing to answer questions to the police department thought of him, his salary, where he lived, where he was born, his birth date, his driver's license number, and so on.

Frankly, I'm disgusted on his behalf.

i didn't know they were kept at home. I mean don't they have to be specially stored?

It's ends up a dried little wad of scab JBean about the size of a wad of gum. I kept mine (sons) in the freezer in a film cannister but I probably didn't need to. I'm glad to hear others here saved theirs because I'd hate to have been alone with The A's on this one LOL!

I have not had a lot of coffee yet, but does the first item listed on p. 6608 say "umbilical cord"?

I would think it's the umbilical cord stump....

I saved each stump from my four children and have them put away with the rest of their baby things.

It is disgusting to think KC even through that away with Caylee........no love or bonding at all! ...........I bet CA kept it and KC threw it away to hurt CA more.........IMO
