2009.09.04 Cindy sent D.Casey/Hoover to remains site Addtional VIDEO RELEASED #2

I also think that there is something about that house.

I think it was TM who said KC said something like "they haven't even found the clothes yet".

What if it was DC that moved Caylee to the place she was found?

Even if not the things I mention above, I still think that abandoned house has some secrets and I pray LE went over it with a fine toothed comb.

I'm certain DC didn't move Caylee to the place where she was ultimately found. Forensics show that was the initial area of decomposition and initial dump site.
The plant growth shows that the body had been there since late June/early July.

I'm sorry. That is so true. I forget things very badly.

No need to apologize! We all forget parts of this case due to the high volume of information we are privy to because of the sunshine laws. There have been over 10,000 pages of discovery released... and still have 10% left. That's a lot of information to digest.

We're all on information overload from this case, for sure.

Entertaining myself remembering the house Casey was talking about signing for, in her texts. How she'd been to look at it several times and it was pretty much set with the home owner
We already know Casey likes to sneak around houses minus their residents within the area. She certainly doesn't have a problem "borrowing" from those around her either.

I have always thought she moved Caylee at least once after she got her away from mom and dad. I can see her paranoid that she probably wouldn't be able to "go visit her" or that she'd possibly be found if someone searched there or the property had been sold.

It would be nice if they had something they could tie that house to Caylee's dump site. There are prints somewhere waiting patiently for dusting...

I find all of this speculation very, very interesting in light of the Prosecution's request for the ex parte, in camera meeting with Judge Strickland.

IMO, the reason for the meeting are the actions of one Dominic Casey.

I pray they went over it with a fine toothed comb as well - what I wonder is if that house is where she stored Caylee's body until she went back to get it to dispose of the bag in the woods. And I wonder if she didn't leave something there (clothes, hence the comment about them not finding her clothes??) to throw suspicion on the family there who had left and gone to Puerto Rico, if I am remembering correctly.

Here are couple more possible consistencies.

In that photo taken by OCSO, they have a couple evidence flags near that large TV as well.

DC could not have moved Caylees body in November from the house to the remain site. The FS shows that Caylee had been their since June, do to plant growth.

I don't think DC moved the remains....I think he was looking for additional items at the house....stuff KC left behind.

I wonder if Mark Nejame was involved in sending DC to search in the woods. IIRC, Lee said at his deposition with the prosecutors that he was "pissed" that a "Caylee is dead" tip was even checked out, and he really did seem to be irritated about it. Cindy, at her ZFG civil suit depo, was very defensive about the subject but kept emphasizing "I" did not send him. George does not make decisions...

But when Nejame resigned, 5 days after DC's search, he said, “I only agreed to represent George and Cindy Anthony, so long as there were no restrictions placed on me whatsoever as to finding Caylee, regardless of where this might lead. Quite simply, this meant that I could do whatever I needed to find Caylee whether she was alive or not." To me, this indicates that the problem between Nejame and the As had something to do with searching for a dead Caylee. It sounds like Nejame was saying he thought he had no restrictions on searching for a dead Caylee, but some sort of restriction had just been placed on him and he wasn't OK with that. As he said in his statement, "The other condition I required was that I would have absolutely nothing to do with representing Casey or assisting in her legal defense." Nejame might have considered a "no-dead-Caylee-searches" restriction to be unjustified unless it was for the purpose of helping Casey.

Then, when Nejame started representing Texas EquuSearch, he made a short statement about his planned news conference to show the TES photos of the remains site underwater. I can't find the quote of exactly what he said, but the Orlando Sentinel headline on August 20, 2009, was "NeJame, Miller To Reveal All In Anthony Case." Baez called George, who went absolutely nuts and stormed into the press conference demanding to talk to Nejame. They went into a room to talk, and came out later saying it was all a "misunderstanding." My theory is that the "misunderstanding" was that George was afraid Nejame planned to "reveal all," including attorney-client privileged information about the DC search of the woods. Once George found out that Nejame was only going to reveal aerial photos, he calmed down.

omgosh! I had never thought about that, but I bet you are spot on. They think they know so much about law, (eg. CA knows what should be relevant, CA thinks she can interrupt a hearing to speak directly to the judge, etc...) It is highly plausible that George feared exactly what you suggested, ergo his panicky, impulsive behavior. And to think, Baez is the one who put it all in motion. :loser: Lord have mercy. If they want to know procedural and substantive law, they should study up a bit so they don't make complete arses out of themselves.

FYI, Ginette L (DC's "psychic" source) said on her (short-lived) blog on 12/7/08 that she "spoke to around 500 p.i.'s, in Orlando, Fl." Wonder when she did that? There was a big PI conference in Orlando from September 18-20,2008 (the organization was FAPI), but I can't find a complete list of speakers. Did she have the opportunity to meet with DC? Or Hoover? Or the PI who works for Baez? Did she have the opportunity to look around the As' neighborhood? If I were a "psychic dowser" looking to find missing persons who happened to be in Orlando in September 2008, I would certainly have taken an interest in Caylee's case.

I'm not sure, but think I may be thinking along these same lines. Can you expound on "involved"?

My theory is very similar to yours but I think any "involvement" MN may have had in the DC search is information George may have stated to him about what they were planning (or already did) in regards to the search, and MN's reaction to that "news".

MN has been about the only "player" in this circus, apart from Tim Miller, who seems to have remained professional, above board and whose actions reflect the best interests of Caylee only. So I have a hard time even fathoming that he may have even CONSIDERED being a part of anything that would not be respectful of her.

I keep recalling the videos outside the courthouse, media appearances, etc. MN did take on a "protective" role of GA (as he should....professionalism here), but GA also seemed to cling to MN so I can see where he may have felt he could "confide the plan" to MN and I think MN may have advised GA that his only interest was returning Caylee home...either healthy, happy....or her remains.

I completely agree word for word with the rest of your post.

I will consider this another piece of the 'very large cosmic coincidence' to which Bill Sheaffer referred.

This is the second half of CA's deposition where she is talking about the psychic starting on page 287. CA clearly states she had no conversation with GL and never mentions the bear. Also CA said GL claimed Caylee was alive because she talked to a man by the name of PL and he had gotten the information directly from GL.

That's interesting, AZ. It is hard to even know exactly what she means due to the way she words things. I just searched and found another website of hers (Ginette-Lucas.com) in which she appears to be claiming to have found both Chandra Levy and Caylee. It's not that she exactly states that she found them, but the leading thing on the page is "Have you lost someone near and dear to you?" and she then goes on to list Chandra and Caylee as her "accomplishments". The inference is clear, to me anyway!
