I never really gave much thought to Casey's words "she's close". I guess I got caught up in all the pings. But, for some reason her words haunt me now. I do believe she was sending her parents a message (coded or otherwise) and they, clinging to every word, tried to piece together what they knew. IOW...I don't think Casey directly told anyone in her family where she left Caylee. But, clearly they knew in their heart of hearts that Caylee was no longer alive. JMHO

DC was there not based off a vision but because someone told him, ummm like GL who was privy to the information via Cindy!!! AZ lawyer, you are a GENIUS. I KNEW there had to be something more than just the A's behavior ticking MN off. I mean, he didn't just leave, he severed his relationship with them and completely changed sides! IMO, it had to be something worse than just not being able to control his clients (though part of me could almost believe that to be true. I don't know how anyone remains sane after dealing with the A's for an extended period of time, or heck, even a few days!)

I can totally see Cindy thinking she knows best, and because she hated TES for searching for a dead body at that point, no way in hell were they going to be the ones to find Caylee, dead or alive. I just don't get her logic on that. You hate professional searchers for daring to look for your dead granddaughter, so you send two of the three stooges (Hoover and Casey aka Larry and Curly) out there to look/not look for Caylee's remains instead? (the third stooge, Moe, being George of course, and Lee is Shemp. lol)

But apparently that was better than TES finding Caylee *eyeroll* Trying to understand this woman makes my head hurt, and getting back to the point, I can see MN DEFINITELY having a problem with that. There's tampering with evidence and jailtime written all over Cindy's plan, and MN wanted none of it.

I think he might have even been shocked that their first priority wasn't finding Caylee, but exonerating their daughter any way they could. I don't blame him at all for getting away from that mess as fast as he could. I mean, really, your granddaughter is missing and all you can think about is poor Casey in jail? WTF? He must have thought the A's were lunatics.

Thank GOD he left and is working for TES now. I wonder if he is relieved that the A's might finally be getting caught for their bad deeds. If only he didn't have that darn client/attorney priviledge...

And I can believe that they probably told him everything because as we've seen, if the A's think no one else can hear or will ever hear, it's impossible for them to shut their mouths and act civilized. I almost feel sorry for Conway, but he's chosen to remain with them...

I'm only upset I didn't make that connection sooner! lol, just kidding. I really LOVE websleuthers for being so dang smart! All of you ROCK!

Still searching for the psychic (not sure why, just thought it was interesting and would love to know how exactly she and Dominic got hooked up in the first place)... I've discovered that she likes to respond to articles about dowsing or missing people and leaves comments that promote herself, her abilities, and her website. Just found one where she claimed that the "problem" with the search for Caylee was that the people she was transmitting information to (DC????) did not want to believe her that Caylee was dead and that he was "very, very upset" and wouldn't follow her exact instructions. Her "defense" as to why DC did not find the body?? (Once again, she doesn't flat out say this, but the inference is clear) Here's the link, you have to scroll down past the article to get to her comment. I've found several articles that she has commented on to get her name "out there".

Interesting that her comment was dec 11th 09 at 9:47 exactly one year after the body was found and almost the same time. IIRc Jh said that this was the first time anyone in that group had mentioned a dead Caylee. He was completley taken by surprize when Dc wanted to go down to the woods.

I wonder if even Dc thought Caylee was alive up until that point. Moo

On CA's depo Part II she mentions speaking with a Luke P. He described Caylee as having something of comfort with her, like a beige blanket according to CA. He speaks of GL stating that Caylee was alive.

I just found in the discovery a tip that Luke P called in to the crime tip line. His phone number was listed and it matches the number given on Ginette's blog, so this is the same person. He sent in a tip that Caylee had been involved in an illegal adoption involving a "Good Shepherd" Church there in Orlando. I tried to link to it and couldn't, for some reason, but it is definitely te same person. I wonder if he was the "intermediary" between Dominic/the Anthonys and Ginette.

There were some psychics searching that area. I saw the video. But I do agree that CA confessed to someone in order to try to get help in making it look like an accident. DC could have been taping it to protect himself, in case of double-dealing anywhere along the line.:twocents:

When I read your post Tinsel my mind flashed back to the statement KC supposedly made when she was brought in to watch the news coverage when Caylee was found....the soundbite I am recalling is that KC said "Not now" or something to that effect. That statement makes sense to me considering your post. If in fact they were trying to locate Caylee's body to make the death look like a cover-up, and then RK finds it first, well obviously we know Caylee's death did not appear to be an accident, thus making the statement make sense...."Not now, we haven't made it look like an accident yet!" KC would have been furious that CA didn't have it handled yet....

What I'd give right now to be able to see THAT video! I know its not going to happen, but still....I darn sure want to see it. It won't be admissible, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't answer more than a few questions around here.

I'm not AZ but the consequences are extremely harsh. Long term suspension or even disbarment. Right up there with misappropriating client funds hey Mr. Macaluso.
