2009.09.04 Cindy sent D.Casey/Hoover to remains site Addtional VIDEO RELEASED #2

Did anyone read the doc dump that totallyobesessed posted regarding DC's interview and what he had to say about what led him to the woods, what Ginette told him, who he was on the phone with, what he told James Hoover etc....It's just confusing because the emails really don't coincide with the information in this interview, there is alot of himming and hawing and I get the impression he is not being completly honest but he states that Ginette was the only tip he followed up on and that it was in fact her who told him where to search and was on the phone with him while he was poking around. Also, although the interview was hard to follow at times, he said that she talked about water surrounding the area, an abandon house which was actually there and directions from the fence and the road. In the end, poor Caylee was actually there so is he lying about Ginette and using her story as a deterant from the fact that Casey actually told Cindy where Caylee was or did this woman really have something to contribute...

BINGO!!!

Caylee's remains were not found, nor was DC directed to the specific area by some psychic from several states away by telephone. DC and the A's are merely using her calls as a smokescreen to cover their own direct knowledge of Caylee's disposition. Basically saying "The psychic told us! You can't prove otherwise! So There!"

I meant when Kronk discovered the remains, it was in that location. So we speculate that DC lied under oath in this interview about who really gave him the information. I'm not sure if it was in this thread or another that I mentioned that I had personal contact with Ginette after her interview on Nancy Grace by email where she told me that no one would give her any credit in regards to this information nor acknowledged credibility. This gets stranger and stranger. Now were at the point where DC is a witness for the prosecution not the defense and was under "contract" with CA and GA at the time in question....this trial should be interesting. Ginette says their not acknowledging her info on this location, DC is saying it was her but his emails make no sense and he is lying under oath...maybe this is the reason why he is on the prosecutions side at this point to keep himself out of jail.

That is exactly what I thought when I read that! Wow! I have always believed that Caylee was 'stashed' under the playhouse for several days after ICA murdered her, and before she finally dumped her body. I hate writing that! I also believe she was in the trunk for several days too while she scouted locations, and finally was forced to get rid of her because of the smell. RIP Caylee Marie!

I think this is the case too. Casey borrowed the shovel from Brian Burner on June 18th, and brought it back within the hour. Perhaps she only needed the shovel for leverage......to pry up one corner of the playhouse. Cadaver dogs don't lie, and in this case two cadaver dogs from two different agencies hit on the same three spots. At some point there was a dead body in the Anthony's backyard, if only for a short time.

George and Cindy knew something was not "right" in their backyard. After bringing the Pontiac home from the impound yard on July 15th, reeking of a decomposing body, they were prompted to search their backyard. One of our members here posed an interesting speculation...........did the odor of the car remind George and Cindy of an odor they had smelled in their backyard in the past few weeks?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the timing seems to coincide perfectly! Excellent post! Thank you! :)

It all seems to be coming together. I can't remember now if it was on July 15th or July 16th that either George or Cindy made a comment to one of the detectives regarding the backyard......"we already looked there and there's nothing there." Something prompted them to look in their own backyard.

All of that stuff about the location and various "clues" to watch for could have been easily gotten from google earth - their emails are just so silly! Sound like a couple of kids playing make believe detectives. Sheesh. I was so annoyed with DC's information came out - I could not believe this rubbish was what he actually contributed to the search for Caylee.

Thank goodness you guys are so quick on your feet-I thought there was something wrong with this statement, firstly that Scotties are usually black...your brain went that extra step (hello!)-that the two tone thing does describe a Yorkie.
Thinkin Ginette and CA did have contact and/or pictures passed back and forth-Or, GL is an Anthony groupie and saw pics herself before starting her "seeing" sessions...

Don't the Anthony's have multipoo's or whatever that breed is? Those little curly haired things? Like a Suitz Tziu - and yes that is terrible spelling!:blushing:

Unfortunately Faefrost - it is true. No one has been able to prove otherwise.
I need more than suspicion about what happened.

True, but we don't know what DC revealed in the investigative depo he gave the SA. I keep waiting for more info to come out about that and hoping the SA recovered the bat phone records.

We can only hope 3doglady - I was so anxious to see the investigative depo - I'm sure I wailed on and on about it here at WS. I settled down quite a bit after ready the emails from the "DC/Ginny/Psychic Capers" because the man is clearly playing at some soap opera comedic kind of a detective that is so bad it is embarrassing to even read.

Since then, I sort of my balloon deflated about the investigative depo because of al the rubbish in the emails I am 1) convinced he was ashamed to have his ridiculous behavior revealed in a depo and 2) he didn't really have anything of value to offer that hasn't been rebutted by actual evidence.

LG, the A's have Yorkies.

But if it's any consolation LG, they look like poos. :innocent:

LOL thanks for that Tulessa - at least Snaz knows what they are - and me a dog person! I was pretty sure they weren't Scotties...:loser: (me).

Adding to your numbered list:
3. Ashamed he got caught not being a PI but a tool for the A's. Maybe his job was never to "investigate" where Caylee was, but to point fingers and orchestrate a move? IMHO, etc...

And on top of everything else, when Yuri Malich served the Anthonys with a search warrant on December 20, we've got Cindy telling him, "I sent some there (the remains site) several weeks ago and nothing was there." She basically admitted that it was she who sent DC to the area where the remains were eventually found.

A few weeks later, DC tried to explain why he was searching in the area where Caylee's remains were eventually found and who it was he was on the phone with as he rummaged through the vegetation, and he's the one who said a psychic guided him there. Evidently he didn't know that Cindy had already admitted it was she who sent him there. They didn't get their stories straight.

There is no assumption of truth in this situation. Assumption of truth only exists if the speaker is a sworn officer, an officer of the court or is sworn in under oath, and risking perjury. But even if under oath, one lie or deliberate mistatement can remove the assumption of truth from all of it. And Dominic has already had his sworn testimony, delivered in the civil lawsuit, challenged and found wanting. So everything he said there, including his claims of what brought him to those woods are viewed as suspect.

What this means is that until we see the newer actual sworn testimony delivered to the SA under clear threat of perjury or worse we must weigh anything said by DC with our own judgement, and like the jury be our own arbiters of truth. Under those circumstances I at least am far more prone to accept Cindy's unprepared and almost excited utterance that "she had sent someone to check those woods and they didn't find anything so Caylee could not have been there at the time", than I am to believe that Dominic's psychic friend was playing "red light/green light" with him by phone from out of state in order to zero in astrally on where she felt the child's remains were. I'm sure she also told him to bring his poking stick to make sure he checked all of the trashbags in the area, especially those near pavers. And while I can't prove it yet, I have a sneaking suspicion that the jury will probably reach much the same conclusion if it is presented to them as part of DC's testimony.

Thank you for your thoughts and yes, I see where you are with this. I guess I have difficulty with CA's statement because what she wanted to believe that Caylee wasn't there, she was alive and well somewhere else, with some elusive Nanny who had kidnapped her and Caylee would be found and brought back to the CA family. The role she played was someone in charge and yet none of DC's emails with his astrally zoned out buddies indicate CA was anything but a patsy they were playing games with - when they were in fact looking for the notoriety of being the ones who found Caylee's remains.

Even the way DC was slashing at the bags and digging in the ground indicated to me he expected to find something quite awful, not the well preserved body of a small child. To me he appeared terrified he would find anything.

But sorry, I've gone sideways in the last part of my response.

You said it best yourself up above. DC and Hoover were like a couple of kids trying to play TV detective. Yeah they expected to find something awful and disturbing. But they expected to find something horrible such as out of a zombie movie or an episode of CSI. They really had no idea what they were searching for actually looked like. Which is ultimately why they did not find anything.

Edit; of and the key point of CA's statement or mistatement there isn't that they didn't find Caylee, or that she couldn't have been there at the time. It was that she sent someone to search those specific woods. The fact that she said she sent someone is the key. Not what her perceived results were.

When you add up the facts don't you conclude the Anthonys most likely knew where the body was? I mean you can deduce that pretty easily based on what is most likely imo.

I have been reading the threads concerning DC, JB, the Anthony's and their "concern" in searching for Caylee. Not one of them ever showed any interest, when TES came to Orlando, to conduct a real search. TES had qualified and experienced searchers who were there for the right reasons. They also had the equipment needed for a large search, certainly way more than the metal rod Dominic Casey used in his "search" (if you call violently ripping through trash bags a search). IF any of them really wanted to find Caylee, they would have supported TES in every way possible. If they wanted Caylee found, they would have thanked TES and Tim Miller every time they got the chance. They have done everything possible to prove that they never wanted Caylee's remains to be discovered.

Now that my rant is over...I must say that Mark NeJame was at the TES search site in November and, for that, I respect him.
