If the cops couldn't get a ping from MC's cell phone cause it was turned off...I am wondering if they can tell when it was turned on and what time..?

I'm going on the record stating that I believe that LE does have some type of information concerning Misty's cell phone. After thinking about it, I think they probably do know what time it was turned on and off, know what incoming calls were coming in and what time and by whom, and has the ping information and hasn't released this information to the public. I could be wrong and will admit to it if and when LE does reveal facts and information concerning this case to the public. But I really think they have the information they want and need concerning her cell phone and though I'm with LE 100% in keeping mum, not revealing information to the public as it's an ongoing investigation and could possibly hinder and harm the case. I think LE ought to put to rest somethings floating around in the public that desparages Ron and Misty so bad.

They have info concerning Ron's cell phone, the 20 calls to Misty, why not tell that they have Misty's also. They don't have to reveal the details, just that "we have what is needed". Ron turned over his phone records to someone, and only recently we have learned LE looked at his very own cell phone records. Common sense tells me Ron and Misty were on the same cell phone plans, so the records would be together and included as a package.

NG talking to Marlena Schiavo ~ MC saying her brother lied about going to the mobile home because he wanted to get out of jail. Talking about her lawyer dropping her after going against his advice not to appear on tv.

Caller talking about RC calling "20 times" that night. Caller wanting to know if it was so disturbing to him why didn't he go home and see what was going on. NG talking with RC's lawyer, TS and confirming he stayed at work his whole shift. He was a crane operator. He was there all night, people saw him all night for the most part. Home was about 30 minutes away from work. TS also saying he had different jobs but his primary responsibility was crane operator. He did not leave the job site.

NG talking with Ellie about the phone calls. NG suggesting the phone was turned off which would explain why no cell pings were picked up. Ellie saying we know RC called about 20 times and didn't get an answer.

Does anyone know when Misty turned her phone back on? It would at least shed some light on the time-line.

Yet, she didn't call anyone until RC walked in the door at 3:27 am and he TOLD her to call 911. Remember, she was looking UNDER the beds and whatnot so, that took 27 minutes I suppose.

Don't quote me, but I think we heard right at the start of the case that LE physically had in hand both Ron & Misty's phones.

IF that is the case, I'm sure LE was able to get all kinds of information. Call logs, and all kinds of other information.

Again, don't quote me on that, it was over 8 months ago now, and I'm not going to go look for a link.... lol But I am pretty sure that we heard talk of them receiving their phones back from LE, which would mean that LE actually had them in the first place. I think it was the FBI.

I think Misty has convinced herself to believe all her own lies, so she thinks it's okay for herself to go on talk shows and offers to take polygraphs as she thinks she might pass and when she fails she'll still offer an excuse and another lie!

I also said she was a stupid, evil !#!#! so it makes sense that she "relates" to a man who leaves his children with drug using teenager.

If the phone is shut off, you don't have to "act" as though everything is OK.

I don't think much at all of Nancy after the way she has treated Crystal. Nancy said that Crystal didn't even bother to live in the same town and the kids plus said she doesn't bother to exercise her visitation rights. This is uncalled for. Nancy needs to walk in the shoes of people who have been on drugs, married mean men who took their kids, and who don't have much money along with health problems. I will be watching her show much less and hope Crystal never sets foot on her show again. There's plenty of other shows and ways she can ask for help to find Haleigh.

Thanks for the link. I just wrote her a little note myself. What she did tonight just wasn't fair. CS is still Haleigh's mother, no matter what. Seems as though now that NG is a mother, she's an expert. Let her try sitting in CS's shoes for awhile and I doubt she would come off as much of a lady as CS has.

Caller asking if LE has investigated anything before RC went to work. Back to a previous question about the air ducts in the mobile home, reporter believes those were checked out also. Also saying RC picked Haleigh up from school before he went to work.

NG now giving safety tips on road rage.

But what about all those witnesses who said Misty, not Ron, picked Haleigh up from school that day? We have both Misty and Ron saying they picked Haleigh up from the bus stop that day.

Misty said Ron picked HaLeight up, she did not say she picked her up.
