This would be a perfect time for it!
NG talking to Marlena Schiavo ~ MC saying her brother lied about going to the mobile home because he wanted to get out of jail. Talking about her lawyer dropping her after going against his advice not to appear on tv.
Caller talking about RC calling "20 times" that night. Caller wanting to know if it was so disturbing to him why didn't he go home and see what was going on. NG talking with RC's lawyer, TS and confirming he stayed at work his whole shift. He was a crane operator. He was there all night, people saw him all night for the most part. Home was about 30 minutes away from work. TS also saying he had different jobs but his primary responsibility was crane operator. He did not leave the job site.
NG talking with Ellie about the phone calls. NG suggesting the phone was turned off which would explain why no cell pings were picked up. Ellie saying we know RC called about 20 times and didn't get an answer.
Does anyone know when Misty turned her phone back on? It would at least shed some light on the time-line.

I'm going on the record stating that I believe that LE does have some type of information concerning Misty's cell phone. After thinking about it, I think they probably do know what time it was turned on and off, know what incoming calls were coming in and what time and by whom, and has the ping information and hasn't released this information to the public. I could be wrong and will admit to it if and when LE does reveal facts and information concerning this case to the public. But I really think they have the information they want and need concerning her cell phone and though I'm with LE 100% in keeping mum, not revealing information to the public as it's an ongoing investigation and could possibly hinder and harm the case. I think LE ought to put to rest somethings floating around in the public that desparages Ron and Misty so bad.
Misty is shady, noone in their right mind would have waited 27 mins to call LE, it's better to call right away and be safe than sorry.Yet, she didn't call anyone until RC walked in the door at 3:27 am and he TOLD her to call 911. Remember, she was looking UNDER the beds and whatnot so, that took 27 minutes I suppose.

Oh, so Nancy said Crystal didnt exercise her visitation- she needs to sue Nancy-

Not to mention if she was looking "under beds" then she wasn't in her and Ron's MH, she was in another house
Yes, I agree. It makes me wonder if the time she shut off the phone is when the actual event took place. After the argument which would have been after 8:30 pm. She didn't turn the phone back on until she knew he would be getting home soon. So, in my mind, whatever happened, took place between 8:30 pm and 3:00 am. If the phone is shut off, you don't have to "act" as though everything is OK.
I went to the CNN site and commented on the show. It wasn't pretty. I told them to e-mail me when NG apologized to Crystal as only then would I watch it again.
Here's the link if you want to voice your disgust too.

I also said she was a stupid, evil !#!#! so it makes sense that she "relates" to a man who leaves his children with drug using teenager.
I've never actually felt hate for a talk show host before.
It also makes me wonder if we should be giving Misty more credit than she acts like is due, and if she turned off the cellphone, knowing that they could ping it and trace her move. She is streetsmart..
Caller asking if LE has investigated anything before RC went to work. Back to a previous question about the air ducts in the mobile home, reporter believes those were checked out also. Also saying RC picked Haleigh up from school before he went to work.
NG now giving safety tips on road rage.
But what about all those witnesses who said Misty, not Ron, picked Haleigh up from school that day? We have both Misty and Ron saying they picked Haleigh up from the bus stop that day.
