Another by-product of the motion being granted will be the pictures leaking, which I have no doubt will happen and JB will be ripped to shreds by Judge S.!!!!!!!!!

He could have driven the photos to all the experts by now... what is so technologically challenging about transmitting them on a secure server?

I obviously do not understand our legal system. So innocent Casey is in jail while some killer of Caylee runs free? Why is this not addressed? How can JB keep on making the statements he does on national TV and these things are not brought out in court? Really, why?

If I want to believe JB, then I should really be wondering about LE and the court system! As an American...what am I supposed to be believing here?

I'm sure to quite sure these pictures will be released. JB is working on fumes financially, and needs money. I'd guess a large tabloid would fork over big money for one picture.

Okay, from what I gathered, Judge S has to finish reading the Motion to Dismiss and the Motion to Not Dismiss plus the newest Addendums (legal titles lost in my brain somewhere) and may give his decision on these today. Then he told JB he could send the photos on CDs to someone, somewhere outside his jurisdiction and said if the photos get "lost" or "released" Judge would not have any say so!!!!!! And this Judge said "yes, go ahead and send them wherever"!!!!!!

Is this judge working in overdrive? He certainly isn't THINKING. Why would he allow something out of his jurisdiction? :banghead:

I agree totally, I get all geeked up for these hearings, then nothing happens!!!!

But Judge S had already tried to avoid this. Now that they are pressing this issue again, he's trying to avoid this coming up on appeal. So, basically---*go ahead, JB. you got your photos. if they get out, it's your fault.* And--defense can't claim they didn't have enough access for their experts. That's my take. But, I'm not a legal expert, so I'd be interested in the opinions of WSers who are. Thanks.
