I am really asking. What good does it do for JB to be able to go on TV and say these things. WHY? Why is this allowed? I do not understand! :banghead:

I guess we'll have to wait until the trial to hear Jose explain how Caylee's body ended up dumped in the woods with Duct tape wrapped around her mouth if she wasn't Murdered...

On the Jack Ford show, JB keeps saying he will only lay out his case and defense strategy AT TRIAL. No matter how many times he is asked he will continue to give that answer. Yet tomorrow night we will see himself, LKB and TM on 48 Hours claiming a "Stranger" killed Caylee. Gee, to me, that sounds like his defense strategy. And we have NOT ONCE seen any of the State on these morning shows, night shows and news. We have only seen the defense. He talks out of both sides of his mouth. Ugh!

Not considered "Abuse" but rather "Neglect" a lack of action. A lack of supervision and lack of ensuring the child's welfare. At the very least, the State could bring charges of Child Neglect which resulted in the death of a child. Of course, each state defines their own requirements of abuse and neglect laws.
