So, CA thinks she's good gf material. sigh. I was wondering something...after being together this long but still being just bf and gf seems odd to me. Not engaged, not living together...do we just move faster in Texas? They're not engaged, they don't have meaningful conversations, for crying out loud, he even moved away from her when he talked to his sister on the phone. I don't understand any of this.

Ehhh...I'm not too hard on CA for this, cause first of all, he never really tried to commit suicide, IMO, and he was cheating on CA, which she likely knew. Further, RiverC aside, it had come out that he was a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 addict-AND her daughter's a murderer-fun times!
After finding out he was okay, I might be a little pizzed, too, that my partner bailed on me so he could go drink a six pack and take a pill for attention or whatever he was up to. She resented him for all his crap, and for continuing his usual crap at a time when she needed him.
Of course, I can see that...but why confide that of all things with this young girl? I mean that's REALLY personal...and puts Lee in the middle. I never thought it was proven that George was a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 addict...lol.

Yet they sit down and have a happy dinner? That is not panic no matter how you look at it. It sickens me and saddens me that Caylee was a nonentity to these people! So what if Casey gets upset! Caylee was a helpless two year old who couldn't defend herself or survive on her own, and pleasing princess CASEY, who was more than capable of taking care of herself and surviving, is more important? What is wrong with this picture?

Seems more like they knew Caylee was dead, and everyone just wanted to move on with their lives and cover it up like Caylee had never existed. My heart has never hurt so bad for a child before! I didn't even know Caylee and apparently I love her more than her whole dang family ever did!

I'm glad I didn't bother to read this depo. My blood pressure is up just reading comments about it! I do agree that she has a flat personality and apparently is desperate to fit in with this family, probably because Lee is the only love of her life. But I don't agree that this family felt panic. Far from it. If they felt any panic, it was fear of Casey getting caught and exposing their lies and dark secrets, not panic because of Caylee!
Odd also that she mentions the As frustration with not being able to talk with Casey when she was in jail because everyone would hear about it, but when she came home they were silent. Didn't ya just want the SA to yell..."So did they ever find out who Casey was afraid of?" I mean if you were somehow connected to a family that may be in danger, wouldn't you want to know that? I would have loved to have heard the audio of this depo...especially the part where the SA reveals to Mallory that Lee thought Caylee was alive. I wonder if she even flinched.

I found that really interesting as well. Supposedly, Amy said that she and Mallory became very close because Mallory was so 'supportive' of all Amy was going through. I assumed she meant they became close through communicating by computer or texting because she never said they hung out or went anywhere together.
So I think that Mama Cindy might have been impersonating Mallory , and trying to find out inside info, as she was always suspicious of Amy being involved somehow. Just pure speculation though.

Otherwise, I cannot see why Amy would make up something like that. Why would she?

IMO it is just her spouting the same crap as Lee.. didn't he trying saying Amy deals drugs or something?

It's a typical blame game personality disordered families play. DARVO. Deny, attack and reverse victim and offender. They transfer their behaviors onto someone else and get others to join them to deflect the blame. A smear campaign not all that different from what they did to Tim Miller, Jesse, Roy Kronk and have tried to do over and over again to LE and certain members of the media.

If Amy is bad then it's OK that Casey stole from her and lied to her. If Amy is a liar and a drug dealer (or user, I forget exactly which it was they said) then it could be her that hurt Caylee because it certainly could NOT have been Casey!

Amy has one upped them by being an honest person who does not throw blame around or counter attack. The girl didn't even speak to the media. WE ALL KNOW what Amy is, the Anthony's (and their smear agent Mallory) want us to believe she is something different. Ain't happening!

WOW. I think you're right on. I was seeing Mallory as neutral, ineffective. And perhaps she is none of those things at all. Thanks.

I mean, ignoring everything else, how could she sit through that upbeat welcome home dinner, and not ask where Caylee was and who had her?

What in the world?? They had a celebration dinner for Casey getting out of jail and no one even mentioned Caylee AT ALL??? No question or even comments about where in the world is our baby? I honestly cannot understand that. There is a missing 2 year old and no one even talks about it? If that's true, that is one of the saddest things I've heard about this case so far other than the actual crime. That poor baby.

Here's a thought. WHO CAN EAT AT THAT POINT? Your child/grandaughter/neice is missing and you have a welcome home laid back family dinner, and don't even mention Caylee Marie Anthony?

I've never heard of such a thing. Had it been my daughter (Casey) life in our house would look something like this:

:rage:

That was so evident in the early jail videos. They are begging for info about the baby and Casey is acting like she cannot divulge anything for everyones safety.
' Wait until I can get out and help figure it out.' That was her phony attitude about it.

So what happens on the first night back home, when she has her entire family and her lawyer present? Does she use this valuable time to share all of the important clues to Caylees whereabouts? No, they have a CELEBRATION dinner. WTH?

I'm a little disappointed at the SAO for keeping the entire depo 'light'. That and a little confused that MP would need a lawyer to protect her rights while she told the truth about something she had no involvement in.
I'm naive in that I don't understand why a customer service agent at a parking lot would need to pay out a weeks worth or more of salary to protect herself with a few hours worth of lawyer. Did the A's pay for her lawyer? Did the foundation pay?
Anyway, why no questions about the pregnancy? MP was there while the huge tumor grew. Didn't she have any insight? No pillow talk with LA? No questions or answers about the family dynamic during that stressful time?
She didn't know ICA had stolen money from LA but had been going out with him for years. She's not close to ICA but gets invited to and accepts the invite to her welcome home from jail dinner with the lawyer and his wife and some assorted others who remained nameless in the depo. She can't offer any insight into what her and LA's life was like after Caylee was kidnapped ((((cough)))) or found dead, or LA's investigations, or the foundation that she's of Director of along with her Mom.
I'd be interested to know what her IQ is. My guess is it may be pretty low, right along with her self esteem, which is why she can spend 76 or so pages saying she doesn't recall what should be the most traumatic event in her young life.
CA told ICA in one of her letters that the kids were planning on an August wedding but it would likely be more like October with everything else going on IIRC. Lets just hope this girl (womanhood is earned IMO) gets a clue between now and then. Some gene pools should be allowed to just dry up.
It's so sad to have it reconfirmed that the dead toddler is better off dead. These people are despicable IMO.

I'd answer that, but I like it here and want to stay.

I have to wonder, no matter how much I love my husband, if he blamed so and so for killing a family member I would still ask why, and try and form my own opinion I would hope. Even if I eventually agreed with him I'd like it laid out to me why so and so is guilty. Why wouldn't she question the A's about why they feel Jesse is involved? She's not only drinking the punch over there, she's also adding the sugar. Wow.

She is so complacent...CA must really love her.

Bold mine.

That poor baby...not a single adult in that family gave a damn about her. I posted long ago that Caylee was like an accessory to Cindy and KC, much like a cute purse one might carry and people would exclaim over at how cute it was. It's a wonder that Caylee lived as long as she did. I keep thinking about those "silent" videos, (which I KNOW were filmed by KC), and I cry for all the emotional abuse of Caylee, and also for all the times she was simply ignored as her MOTY took center stage with the family. :banghead:

As far as the bold above...Mallory better watch her back...she better remember that she is not blood to this family. If she ever doesn't do as the "master manipulator" (ie. Cindy) would like, she will be personna nongrata.

Before this deposition they did this.

One other thing about this depo-

Here we have another person that knows the Anthony's intimately stating that Cindy is "the boss" of that family.

  • #313
Whoever they are, it's obvious that they've been very well prepped. Mallory's testimony was perfect. She could remember what suited her, but couldn't recall anything of importance.
Forgive me, I haven't had time to read the whole thread, but OMG!...George threatens to hurt himself and Cindy contemplates divorce?

You gotta think about it in context dear RR0004, wasn't Cindy playing footsies with Dominic at this time and perhaps envisaged a future without George? Sounds cold but right on for Cindy, perhaps.

Okay did a little searching and remembered this interview with Nat, roommate of Tony's who was there the night ICA was picked up by Cindy and when Lee A paid a little visit later on that night.

Lee Anthony says to 2 strangers,

"I wish I'd have met you sooner I could have warned you about my sister"
"She (ICA) is a pro at this, passing bad checks, forging checks"
"You'd better check your bank accounts she may have stolen from you"
"She (ICA) lies"
In response to her going to college - "The girl doesn't even have a high school diploma"
"I don't know if she has a job"
"She has put my mother into debt seriously"
"She's basically a con artist"

And yet Mallory would like LE to believe that Lee barely talked to her about ICA in their 3 year relationship? Uh huh Mallory, sure.

Thank You for finding it. That's what I was remembering. MP has got to be leaving out something LA said to her about his sister.

I'm pretty sure Mal has left off EVERYTHING this family has said around her or to her. The A's like to talk, I don't believe for one minute that she doesn't know something. This depo is a :cupcake:

don't forget when this first came out---ca thought of suicide as well....she wrote a note and thus that was her "attempt"-----And thank God ica was there since she was the one who talked her out of it......:innocent::sick::maddening:

We all waited two and a half years for this? MP doesn't seem to know much of anything...I suspect the A family will only tell anyone what they want them to know and not the truth of the matter...any matter...I think this is a huge waste..I wonder what ever happened with Roz Franco saying the waitress overheard MP say, she believes ICA was responsible for Caylee's death???

CA is the 'strong matriarch' of the family...never hears of any huge arguments...which I don't believe...LA must have mentioned this alleged physical altercation between CA and ICA on June 15, 2008, which LA mentions to JG but not his girlfriend? Something is definately off here...JMHO

Justice for Caylee

Oh no problem and I was down a few pages. She mentions panicked more times then I thought. She does say she felt sheer panic.

MOO it's called the "Gift of Fear" too bad MP doesn't trust what her gut told her. She has reasoned herself into believing she is with a good family. Funny how LA put a ring on her finger before trial. Figures he'd choose. AUG to marry! - nothing sacred about. that month to him!
