Lyon speaks very fast and IMO she needs to stick to the facts she is jumping around and saying unnecessary things. I am no expert but if I were sitting there as a juror this would be my opinion of her.

There was a news article in which the head of the jail was quoted as saying that they had accomodated most of Baez' requests, and that Baez was free to request a room without videotape at any time. I don't get why this is even an issue. (or a tissue)

see this is what fascinates me, because, while I firmly believe that client lawyer relations should be private, it still amazes me that an "innocent" client should feel so aggreived at the possibility of being overheard....?

AL complaining about the room they have to meet KC in, 40' room with glass, video camera, window, intercom system, and guards watching them - they feel perhaps they are being listened to. Because FL is trying to take her life 6th amend & 8th amendment concerns as camera is interfering and unnecessary due to balance of need for order and constitutional rights. No need to turn on camera as KC has belly chains on. (Wondering if she would say the same thing if her client was Hannibal Lecter).
