The judge will say I cannot change the laws of the state, and the sunshine laws set out that these can be accessed by the public records laws. It isn't for one person to have any special rights, more or less, than the next guy in jail. There is no right to privacy in jail. It is a lie that they cannot come and say "Honey, I love you". Even Brad has said on national TV that his clients can and should go and say just such inconsequential things and not discuss the case and that it is the DEFENSE WHO DOES NOT WANT THE VISITS.
