The judge will say I cannot change the laws of the state, and the sunshine laws set out that these can be accessed by the public records laws. It isn't for one person to have any special rights, more or less, than the next guy in jail. There is no right to privacy in jail. It is a lie that they cannot come and say "Honey, I love you". Even Brad has said on national TV that his clients can and should go and say just such inconsequential things and not discuss the case and that it is the DEFENSE WHO DOES NOT WANT THE VISITS. At least I hope that is what the judge will say. I get the feeling she wants to talk for an hour, but he will eventually reign her in and ask her to get to the bottom line. CASEY IS FAKE CRYING AGAIN.

Does AL not understand that granting that motion would set an incredible precedent and you'd get every perp in the system clogging up the system with these same motions because every one of them will have their own sob story about "pressure".

Ugh, I can't wait for her to stop talking.

ETA she needs to stop talking to the Hon. Judge Strickland like he's in one of her classes.
