I knew it-AL is going to argue the DP in general, she is not going to track with the specifics of her motion-She may touch on it here and there, but this is ultimately her chance to get her DP is evil mantra out there before she tells KC she should plea.
Not tryin to be offensive to those against it, but the DP is allowed by our laws all the way up to the federal level. Sometimes I just think maybe AL should run for office, if this is her gig.

You know - if anyone had been listening you'd know why they were both crying - it was because of the argument that AL was making that if Casey were to say hello Mom, good to see you, I love you certain members of the public and/or the internet would take that and tear it apart and make it into something that it wasn't. Seems to me some are making AL's case for her. Many talking about synchronized tears...come on...

For the record, I disagree with modification to OC jail policy for one prisoner and of course I have my opinions about KC's guilt. I am just consistently amazed at lack of compassion and the way things are twisted. I've seen posts about irresponsible media reporting and it makes me chuckle because look what's happening... The 'synchronized tears' comments are just a sensationalism of the truth about why they were crying. Then we complain and guffaw about AL's argument/speech, how horrible she is, and then the state gets up and the whole attitude changes - poor thing has froggy voice.

It's so easy for me to understand why people sometimes feel they can't get a fair trial. For me, all of the bias takes away from the facts of the case - and that's what I'm interested in; facts.

Now, don't get me wrong. I understand what she is accused of, what her parents have been accused of. I understand most of the aspects of the case, however, I can't even wrap my mind around all the directions their hearts must be torn in. I can't fathom having to deal with such scrutiny and sensationalism. As unpopular as my stance may be, I feel sorry for this family on so many levels. This doesn't take away from what KC is accused of doing - or minimize what Caylee may have endured at the hands of her mother, but I do have compassion for them.

I know everyone has their opinion - and I just wanted to share mine.

I had compassion for them too at the start, but when they went into lying mode, trying to cover, trying to insinuate sooo many innocent people were at fault and NOT CAsey? C'monnnnnnnnnnn!
They are willing to lie & throw ANYBODY under that full bus!
