that was a BULLSYE by the SA

this case is over

JB goose and KC goose are cooked

I have to write-If that were me, and I were not guilty (and did not do half of the things KC did), I would be LIVID and barely able to keep my mouth closed.
KC began to cry because she feels trapped, they are onto her and they are going to make her face it. MOO

BBM
I totally agree with you Jayla

Anyone tape it who is able to "pick out" what Jose was saying to the killer???? I'm quite interested in that

great point. i hope she goes back to her cell and feels those walls closing in on her.

Did anyone notice the fierce anger on Casey's face before she cried while JA was describing how Caylee died? Her mouth tightened and her eyes narrowed, I never saw her react like that in court before.
She is one hateful woman.....and so cooked.

I agree!

When Ashton starting talking about the duct tape, I heard KC say "make him stop and AL say "I can't". I also saw GA and CA get up and leave the courtroom.

I just listened back and you're right, she said that. She said it twice in fact, once before the a's stormed out and again afterward.

Cindy walked out first, then George.

Ashton is good...really good. He makes everything come right-that is something Baez and company have to pay close attention to. He and Burdick ultimately bring everything back to their version of the facts-sort of like, "well thanks for the fairy tale, but getting back to the point..." The defense is not cohesive. The defendant and her family are not sympathetic. The explanations that they put forth are not believable. At the end of the day, this is what will sink them. I still think there is a deal coming....because once Casey is convicted on the check charges, she will have one strike. And for all of the above reasons, she cannot win. JMO.

Yea, keep drilling the fact that they are seeking "to kill your client" AL.
We all understand the gravity of the multiple crimes Casey Anthony has commited, except for your client. :behindbar

Now Casey is poking herself in the eye with one of these issue-tissues :saythat:

ITA! Everyone gets it but the prisoner...and her family.

OT- but thank you for that picture of Caylee. I love the pictures of her being the silly little innocent toddler that she was. That's what we have to remember and who we have to remember.

It is clear to me who a jury will engage with, and it is not going to be AL with her regurgitation of condescending lecturing, nor LKB who feels the judge needs to be educated, nor JB who can't string a compelling sentence together.........JA said all that needed to be said clearly and in a no BS way, and elicited a reaction from the defendant. Game, set, and match.

I think up until today, being isolated, and so used to her parents never questioning or confronting her, she thought nobody knew what she did to Caylee.

Hey, Casey! Surprise, surprise. :-)

Still crying over here left with that powerful mental image of Caylee :puke:

i'm glad Ashton argued that motion. i love LDB, but she is very mechanical and to the point. Ashton, as we have seen, lets his emotions get to him. he was just the right person to describe poor Caylee's death.

Yes, and if she were not guilty she would not have made such a quick recovery of her emotions (10 seconds) afterward. IMO.

Thanks in advance Angel who Cares - I missed all of Ashton. Dart!

I am glad you brought that up as I came in late and was trying to decipher what she might be feeling. There's a saying that when women get very angry, they cry. I think she was SO pissed off, she cried. I hate to think that anyone can be so self-absorbed that they wouldn't care about killing their own child, but time and time again KC has proven that she is that evil.

i know, same here. i just dawned on me that we are going to hear every gruesome detail.

i do wonder if KC was reliving what she did when he was talking. it upset her enough. KC is the type of person that if he was WRONG, she would be defiant because she would still be the only one who knows the truth. for her to break down makes me think he was right on the mark.

still love to hear those shackles when she walks though.

Which would put the crying about her, not caylee.

Killing your child, that would have to haunt you, when all is quiet. He painted a picture, and the way KC was acting, she was RELIVING it. Not hearing it the first time, etc.

The time she poked her eyes, it was about her possible DP. This was no different. It wasn't about what little Caylee endured. But those images haunting her.

I agree with you. She would be defiant if he was wrong. She also acted out when the REAL body was found. She ignored the BP stuff as if it was nothing.
