Really? Were Timmy and Misty closer than she and Tommy if you know? Welcome to Websleuths btw!

Apparently, everyone looks up to Timmy. Even Ron likes him, but yes her and Timmy are close from what I gather.

Mew, I think LE is looking at the wrong brother. I think Timmy helped dispose of Haleigh's body. Remember, he is Ronald's favorite! Anybody that Misty has gone out of her way to exonerate are the ones I feel had everything to do with Haleigh's disappearance. On Nancy Grace Friday night, I thought Chelsea was going to pass out from fright. (not stage fright either) I think they moved to Mass because Timmy is guilty of helping Ronald and Misty cover up Haleigh's death!

@12:20 on the LVA Misty says Timmy, Tommy, and Joe were there the NIGHT the gun went missing.< I have no idea what the analysis results on that statement was, though.>
@14:30 Misty states Tommy was there the night <changes to day, NOT night> that Haleigh went missing. <don't know results of this one either>
According to the story NOW <or one of them> the events are the same day

We had a poll thread around here asking if we thought this person or that was involved. I voted for Timmy. The reason was that SO often in these cases that aren't solved right away we find out someone that is completely unexpected is involved. I'm glad you guys are bringing up these interesting tidbits about him.

I voted for Timmy as well Kim, In Misty's "hypnosis" she said she thinks she dreamed four people there. I think those people are Timmy, Tommy, Joe and Ron.

Am I the only person who thinks Ron might be covering for Misty? If he's not involved, that's the only thing that explains his behavior. It sounds twisted, I know, but it would explain a few things. I've toyed with this idea since the beginning, & can't shake it. Would Tommy protect her? I think not. Unless his culpability ends where he says it does, but he decided he'd rather see Jo go down than his sister. Do any of these people know the whole truth? Maybe Teresa doesn't know everything & just thinks she's protecting Ron. or maybe she & Ron were so concerned about his lifestyle of drugs, guns, & teenaged sex coming under scrutiny, they decided the added death of Haleigh by the teen lover, would cause a 'scandal', & they'd lose Jr. & their dignity. They wouldn't want people judging them, you know.

I am so glad people are starting to think Timmy. I said this months ago.....

1. Supposedly Misty made several calls to Timmy

2. The van was Timmy's and Chelseys

3.Timmy didn't stay in Florida to help his family, he left and went to Mass.

4. Everyone calls Timmy in jail but he states he will not come back because he will be arrested.

I've never been interested in the vans/trucks/cars before now. Can someone tell me what happened to Tommy and Lindsy's van? (after it was returned to them by Timmy and Chelsea) I know LE had it for a couple of months, but what happened next? If it was sold, how long before it was sold?

& in the voice analysis, Misty sure did over explain the damage & blood in that van. Timmy must have saved Misty's butt more than once, because she sure is loyal to him. She made it clear they'd have each other's backs.

Regardless of who else is involved - I just can't get around the fact IF RC didn't / or wasn't there - he would have NOT STOPPED to find out who and "blow their teeth out the back of their head". His (RC's) actions, and non-actions tell it all.

IMO it all revolves around this gun. Now, I see tonight (in one of those Cobra tapes) that RC "cleaned" the gun before turning it over to LE. He CLEANED the gun - WOW. LE won't find much there now will they?

For whatever reason - RC had that gun and was threatening JO (and even possibly MC) with it and Haleigh "got in the way". RC did this deed. JO, witnessing a child being shot - possibly taking a bullet meant for him - went through a "life changing" event, which explains why FH said his demeanor has so drastically changed since he's been back from Florida.

If it would ahve been anyone other than RC - he would have had their head - no doubt.

As for RC's work hours. We have absolutely no confirmation that he even showed up. IMO he did show up - but left early (or for awhile) when he couldn't find MC to check up on the kids. He tracked them all down and flew off the handle and pulled the trigger.

The "blanket in the van that they took" contained Haleigh - no doubt in my mind. RC went back to work - and threatened every last one of them that the same fate would await them if they ever spoke of this to anyone.

Who was with Jr.? Or where was Jr? I kinda think TN or GGMS went to the MH and stayed with him until MC showed back up (RC might have even dropped her off on his way back to work) ToC and JO were left to dispose of Haleigh and no, I don't think she was disposed of at the dock - maybe the gun, but not Haleigh.

I will never get past RC's actions and antics - he is controlling. If it would have been anyone other than him - he would have been pulling the trigger long ago - we know he has another gun - the assault rifle he "showed" to TM.

dodie, no matter how hard I try I can not see any way in this world that Ron would cover up for Misty. I agree, that's the only way (besides Ron being in it up to his eyeballs) this makes sense. That is what made me focus on Ron...the first couple of days after HaLeigh disappeared my focus was on Misty..

Blankets and guns! When Misty tells her stories, she always repeats over and over the parts that she is trying to make everyone believe. No, not Timmy, he is Ron's favorite, out of all my family. Timmy would never take Ronald's gun. The gun was in the culvert, Joe and Tommy came to steal Ron's gun. Tommy stole a gun. The blankets were washed. My blanket and Haleigh's blanket. My blanket was left in the van they took.

I'm not willing to rule out anyone on the Cummings and Croslin sides. Although I do think they are pointing the finger at Joe to deflect from themselves. I think several were involved in the disposal, but I also think quite a number were involved heavily in the coverup. Those not directly involved have suspicions. That's what I believe.

Yes, I believe Timmy could have been in there somehow. I'm not convinced Joe did THE deed, although I'm thinking he knows or was part of the coverup. Yes, I'm looking at Tommy, Misty, and RC, too. Is Chelsea covering for Timmy? Lindsey has already begun using her maiden name. :waitasec: I don't think any of this group is in the clear.

I think some women are involved with the blanket washing and propping the door with a brick. I thought from the very beginning that only a woman would prop that door with a brick to take a child out or even to stage it. Extremely effed up dopers, one so messed up he could hardly drive wouldn't. A woman coming in might make the bed too if she's not too bright. I think they're all covering for Tommy because Misty probably wasn't home and Tommy claims someone (or Joe) came in and took Haleigh at knife point.

I'm with you on this, but I'd clarify maybe both TiC and ToC.

On the Levi Page show, we heard lots of talk about the father's strange actions. I can still hear GGS saying, "That's a crock" when some media type questioned Misty actions. She's not one to mess with, I'm sure. An unbelievable bunch.

Timmy is Misty's "bubba". (jailhouse phone calls misty/timmy/chelsea)
Chelsea is also close to Misty. Misty is close to all her little nieces & nephews, and Haleigh played with them all - Timmy & Tommy's kids.

Chelsea's side of family is in Mass - on the Cape. Chelsea & Timmy moved there just after chelsea gave birth. Chelsea was near her due date when Haleligh went missing.

IMO -it's not that odd for a young mom to move closer to her family for support.

Chelsea went on NG trying to support Misty. Misty's letters about Joe were written to Chelsea & Timmy. If Lindsey's freaked out by Tommy's confession, I imagine Chelsea is too.
