If it turns out that Haleigh is found in the river, then somebody gave up the correct location of where the body was dumped. Period! I do not believe the two people being named are the ones that did it. Ronald just happened to mention a while back that cousin Joe liked to fish there! Bull! Did he even know Joe before his visit in February? He was in Florida for only 2 weeks, how much affection can you get for a fishing hole in 2 weeks? I'm thinking psychic Ronald has done it again! He directed Misty to his "stolen" gun, through his psychic abilities, and now he's found his daughter's body by the same powers. They should let this guy out of jail right now, and hire him as a detective. What's the chance of this happening? Twice! Dear lord, I hope LE knows better than this!

But considering that JO has family in this area isn't it possible that he has actually fished there before? I don't know if this was his first visit to fla but i'm guessing not (i really don't know). It isn't far fetched that if they were talking about fishing or if they were actually fishing there together that JO said... hey this is my favorite spot. I live in a rural area and most of my family hunts and fish....talks about fishing or hunting spots are just an everyday thing here. JMO

Last thought before bed. If it turns out that she is telling the truth about this (and I highly doubt it) I will never believe the claims that polygraphs are excellent tools. No, I'll never believe there have any value at all! Misty gave this story under a poly and flunked miserably! I don't think I would ever agree to take one. And where does that put Tommy? They say he flunked. Was he telling the truth too?

I could see a lot of what you say, but exactly why do you think Haleigh was killed? to keep her quiet? that seems too risky, if other people were there & knew. Misty pointing her finger @ all, makes me think that she wouldn't follow the 'no snitch' code-@ least with these 2. But, if she was really, really, wasted, somebody could've taken advantage of her state. It's possible that she was in such a drug stupor, that she only has a foggy, 'dream-like' recollection, of that night. Also, if she was as exhausted as Teresa claimed, she may have been impossible to wake up, as her dad claimed from previous experience. & Tommy would know that. Would Joe?

I think Joe is a pedophile. There may have been major drug use involved. My thought has always been that whatever happened to Haleigh, it happened around that 10 pm time slot when Tommy claimed he went to check on Misty for Ron. That would give Misty a lot of time to get stoned or high or whatever. She might have even gone out and left the kids with Tommy and Joe as "babysitters." Tommy nods off or goes home. Joe takes Haleigh, Ron Jr. sees him take her and the couch bouncing. It pretty much all fits. Misty comes home or wakes up and Haleigh is missing, along with everyone else. She may have not known exactly what happened but she knew for sure that Joe (the one they don't care about who will be hurt) and Tommy (the one they do care about) are involved in her murder or its coverup.

The main motivation for a molestor to kill his victim, would be to keep his secret. If there were other adults around, he would either take his chances with a tattlting child, or kill everybody. Just killing the child doesn't make much sense. unless the child died in the process-either from being overdosed, or some sort of trauma.

Misty says she was home doing laundry and went to bed

One of the Grandma's confirms a fight between Ron and Joe over a gun

It seems any opportunity RC's had to point in anyone's direction, he doesn't. He adamantly denies things that likely happened with said possible suspects. WHY? It's almost like he's putting his all into covering for these guys since he has an alibi because, as we all know, HE WAS AT WERK!

Devil's advocate- perhaps he was threatened with Jr. being harmed or someone else in his family if he said anything. I don't know... it did appear Ron was afraid of someone. Posters have said that for awhile in regards to him having the gun on the top shelf and showing it to Tim Miller. I don't know that I believe this but just throwing it out there.

She has not always used Collins. I was looking at her myspace a couple of days ago when she changed her mood to something (I can't remember what it was now) anyway it was Croslin than. Also she has no mood posted that I can see at least. She's always had one before.

I agree with you. Pedophiles don't want to get caught...they wouldn't take a risk like that with other adults around JMO

Several ppl have referenced that convo and its something ive not yet seen or heard and am very curious to see or hear this... so if anyone knows could u post a link or point me in right direction to find it... tia!

Misty could have harmed Haleigh and handled the whole thing by herself if she had the van/vehicle.

She could have called for help afterwards and had JO do the disposal. I just don't think he would unless he were truly insane..

She may have disposed of Haliegh at the dock, and drove the van back to Chelseas and called someone for a ride back. Or she may have talked JO into driving to the dock and disposing on his way back to Chelsea's.

If it weren't for rc's behavior, this case would be easier to solve. For right now I will leave him out of the equation.

I need to know where the Sr. Croslins lived on Feb 9,2009 and where Chelsea and Timmy resided in Feb 2009. There is a Magnolia in the area south of Satsuma. If one of these families lived there, then the disposal site, if accurate, makes some sense. Misty would be familiar with the dock. How far is GMA's house from the dock? Is a boat involved. As I recall the traking dogs went to the dock in Satsuma. Was she there at one time and moved? Oh..nevermind, that is way too complicated.
