Thinking maybe did ingest drugs before Ron left, he knew about it, and his many calls during that night were to check on Haleigh. They think she died early. This is why we think Ron appears guilty because he knew.

No one was out looking for Haliegh, instead they called 911, and they all acted like she was already dead.

Hank Sr.? nothing would surprise me, but this seems out of left field. I remember very early on, some molestation accusations, but they were immediately refuted by Ron. & just for the record, Hank was in the hospital when whatever went down, went down.

One of these people on the LP show said she received inside information from a source within LE, iirc, FDLE, but am not sure on that part.
She said the source said that they think Misty hated HaLeigh, and would allow Tommy, aka Hank Jr, and what I heard was Hank Sr, to come over on an ongoing basis, and molest HaLeigh, while RC was at work.

I didn't say it, I'm just repeating what I thought I heard. We can relisten to the show once it's over, to verify. ok. peace.

ETA; yes, it was my impression that Hank Sr was in the hospital over the weekend, and didn't get out until after HaLeigh disappeared. moo

That's always been my favorite theory. Actually, it could've happened after he went to work. If the drugs were his and in his home, he was still responsible and has good reason to lie.

Maybe they were drugging her and knocking her out. I was disgusted with this case before but if this actually is what happend I am sick.

Have to wonder if the therapy Crystal insisted on and went to court for Jr has been a help to this case?

Yes, she fell on her face while at school, in Nov, 08.

It seems to me I might have heard something about her getting sick right after that, just before Thanksgiving, but my memory isn't even clear on this subject. hth
