This stuff is sick! I don't believe it for one second. I have two daughters, and I can tell you their doctor always checked them out on that end. Another thing, according to Crystal S, her children loved Misty. Crystal just had them the weekend prior to Misty's binge. You can't tell me Haleigh wouldn't tell her mother something about being sexually abused or at least tell her mother that Misty was mean to her.
Misty walked Haleigh into her class the last morning of her life. Would someone that hated this child walk her in, or just open the car door and put her out? She normally rode the bus, so walking in alone, isn't a big deal. I wonder who in LE came up with this, and what they based it on. This is sick!

HaLeigh spent alot of time with GGMS I believe. Maybe some with TN too. Somebody would have noticed surely. I know that there are many children that aren't believed or that are afraid to tell, so I know that's always a possibility, but in this case I honestly can't believe a word of it.

I did not know that Levi had a show tonight. I totally missed it. Where can I listen to it? I hate that I missed it first hand. I did not see any notice that Levi was going to be on. Dang it.

The molestation is just a theory. I thought they meant "Tommy and Joe" not "Tommy and Hank Sr". Maybe the woman said "Hank (Jr) and Joe". I don't know. I really thought she meant Tommy. I need to listen again. All the women's voices were confusing, and sometimes they spoke over each other, so we really need to listen again.

They did throw out lots of theories and rumors, and "inside information".

Misty is stupid to go out there and show them anything. The likelyhood of them finding anything is small, and she thinks she is going to benefit from this, and all lshe's going to get is more charges. That's moo only.

I missed Levi! I went back to re-listen to NG and missed the whole thing! I keep watching for the ability to replay his show, but it ain't happening.

I feel stupid, but who is SB?

SB claims to be the credible tipster. He is an ex fbi agent. In the media links you will find an interview of him saying this is now a homocide case.
He said he was hired by CS 10 months ago, to find out what happened to HaLeigh. He says he knows what happened, and tipped LE to the search area they are at now. He said there is evidence, and even if they don't find HaLeigh, they can still prosecute.

He imo, is greedy for credit. LE has not said this is a homocide case, and said that they would make that determination at al later time.

Imo, this lowers his credibility. Also, I think he might have been punked, which he passed on to PCLE, so the punk is being passed along.

I think someone is getting a good laugh at the expense of the tax payers, and making LE look like chumps. They will NOT be happy if that ends up being the case. So, if I'm correct, someone was thinking in the very short term.
I hope I'm wrong.

I will never buy this theory either. I have children and grandchildren and amazingly enough.....they all have always known the difference between a candy they could eat and a tablet/capsule that wasn't safe for them to eat. I do have to admit....as far as I know.....medications were never left within their easy reach though. Either way....I just can't picture a child HC's age ingesting pills she haphazardly may have run across.

After seeing the way Ron and Misty went after the pills in the drug sting videos, it's apparent that their drugs were very important to them. That's the way it is with addicts. They hold their drugs nearer and dearer to their hearts than even their own children. Haleigh was old enough and clever enough to sense that. We've also heard that Haleigh could be sassy. Suppose she wanted Misty's attention that night, but Misty was too hungover, tired and cranky to be bothered. Haleigh might've grabbed a pill just to get a rise out of Misty. Misty ran after her, saying, "Gimme that!" Being a bit of an imp, Haleigh popped it in her mouth and accidentally swallowed it. Since the drug busts, that scenario has played over and over in my head. It's as plausible a theory as any.

I had missed the first few minutes, and listening the second time, I understood more clearly.

Stacy Dittrich (detective & crime writer) is the one who contributed the story about Misty hating Haleigh, TOMMY and JOE as pedophiles molesting Haleigh, and dumping body for alligators (compliments of an anonymous source in LE early in the case).

Holly Hughes is the one who said Misty's gun/stole Haleigh story is laughable. Said she couldn't prosecute them with a straight face, she'd be laughing the whole time, and jury wouldn't be happy they were dragged there to hear that story.

The gun story could be true if it happened earlier in the evening before Haleigh disappeared. Misty could have allowed them in to look for the gun since she was mad at Ron. Haleigh could then have been taken later by a lone abductor, in black. Misty may even have left the kids there with Tommy and Joe for all anyone knows. I read somewhere about possible child endangerment charges against someone, but who knows. There's been so much said it's mind boggling. I'm still trying to figure out if Misty is claiming that she was raped that night or not.
