ETA (2): I think Jo's attorney is making a bad call to not address these accusations - UNLESS he (the attorney) knows for a fact that LE knows who the real perp(s) is/are.

Asking about if Tommy could get the van...Chelsea saying that Tommy was at least 3 mile away from the van...No way Timmy could have moved it or drove it, he had been in a car accident and was on pain killers sleeping next to her all night...

What about Misty..or Ron...and how does she or anyone know unless they felt the urge to sit up and watch them sleep that particular night? These people don't realize I guess that they can all be brought up on charges for obstruction if they are lying..
