Asking about if Tommy could get the van...Chelsea saying that Tommy was at least 3 mile away from the van...No way Timmy could have moved it or drove it, he had been in a car accident and was on pain killers sleeping next to her all night...

Maybe Ron did go after Joe and they ended up at the river. Ron had a gun and shot it off at Joe, but got Haleigh by mistake. Then, cover up by all.

ETA (2): I think Jo's attorney is making a bad call to not address these accusations - UNLESS he (the attorney) knows for a fact that LE knows who the real perp(s) is/are.

There is a very good reason why Joe is NOT coming forward....He s a part of this entire thing,,,IMO

Well...IIRC...she was up late going over insurance papers. Therefore, she would have noticed if Timmy hobbled from his bed to go out.

Yep, Tommy couldn't have taken the van, and Timmy was sleeping (on medication after a car accident). HAD to be...Joe.
