I haven't followed this case with a tiny fraction of the attention or expertise of most of you, but it does occur to me that the richness & variety of these conflicting theories might indicate that the case still hasn't taken the great leap forward that all of us hoped for.
I continue to be worried that a successful prosecution might be difficult if the case relies on not much more than drug abusers putting fingers.
By the way, I honestly hope that someone here can trounce me for being criminally misinformed.
