Well, I guess we at least found out what Padilla was talking about when he commented that Yellow rope was found at Tommy's house. (Not being discussed on here but saw the yellow rope and remembered our questions the other day about Padilla's comment).

I haven't followed this case with a tiny fraction of the attention or expertise of most of you, but it does occur to me that the richness & variety of these conflicting theories might indicate that the case still hasn't taken the great leap forward that all of us hoped for.

I continue to be worried that a successful prosecution might be difficult if the case relies on not much more than drug abusers putting fingers.

By the way, I honestly hope that someone here can trounce me for being criminally misinformed.

I agree with you... all that was accomplished was to get Joe's name out there again.

FWIW, I believe Joe details the drive to the hospital and who he was with. It's in one of the interviews he did....IIRC, he drove Lisa to the Sheriffs office, Misty couldn't leave so they visited Hank in the hospital then hung up flyers?

Shoemaker: Ron asked to be put in Gen Pop after taken out to be given update on search for Haleigh.

  • #125
Talking about Ronald now and showing him being taken over to the Sheriff's office. He's back in General Population at Ronald's request. He doesn't need the Protective Custody.

Joe: "I didn't do it"

I find that odd... wouldn't you say I didn't do anything? Saying it tells me that he knows what happened but wasn't the one who did it.

Which is probably true, sheesh, they just need to charge Misty, Ron, Tommy, Timmy and Joe with murder and let a jury figure it out, all this lying is getting annoying. They are all guilty to some degree.

Am I the only one surprised that Ron's attorney did not know if Ron was seated with the family on Wednesday for the meeting with LE?

  • #128
Chelsea: first heard Misty didn't know what happened. Never gave a story, until heard story about Joe.

  • #129
Hank (Misty's dad) and Joe's uncle was in the hospital.

  • #130
Joe went to the hospital to see a relative who had been in a car accident that night after the phone call woke him up? Which relative was at the hospital in a car accident. It couldn't have been Timmy because Timmy was home sleeping next to Chelsea???

Uncle Hank Sr.

So, now that others are POI's Ron feels it's ok to enter general population ? Risky move if you ask me.

Pat Brown: crime went down at house.

We knew Hank was in a wreck and in the hospital with a broken leg, we did not know Timmy was in the car with him.

He must be saying Joe went to visit Hank in the hospital.

I ain't talkin' about Hank... I'm talking about Timmy had a "wreck." We don't know if Timmy had a wreck THAT NIGHT or BEFORE. Timmy may know who put scratches and dents on there. That's bombshellin' me...

These two cinderblocks better have something attached....sheesh as a life-long boater we used them for years. There must be thousands of blocks in that area.

Timmy was sleeping next to me, per Chelsea.

LOL, I was just thinking I really wish someone with the NG show was interested in a serious cash wager regarding cinder blocks at a public river boat ramp anywhere in Florida. I'll let them choose the ramp and will bet them all they want that a diver can find at least two cinder blocks under water at the dock/ramp.

Cinder blocks are standard equipment for a fishing boat being launched to scotch the wheels of the vehicle while on the ramp as well as being a pretty good anchor for the boat.

Now some rocket scientist is saying TWO cinder blocks have been sent off for testing? GMAB, they don't have serial numbers or anything and they're made out of CONCRETE which is not exactly like a sponge for DNA. After 15 months any surface trace evidence would have been washed away long ago.

And 100% of all this hoopla is coming from what drug addicted, documented lying jailbirds have allegedly told a grandmother 900 miles away!

Absolutely Amazing!

I love Pat Brown's logic.

Cesares asking Chelsea what was the first story she heard from MC...Chelsea said MC never gave a story...just she woke up & HaLeigh was gone....and MC blamed JO (i think I caught all that).

(hmmm....she really emphasized Joooooeeeee when she said his name again)

Hi Chanler,

I've followed this case closely since the beginning but with all of these colorful stories and characters involved, it's very hard to keep up and that's exactly the reason why I keep having to ask questions. You are absolutely right with your statements though and this is exactly the reason why this case hasn't moved forward.

Thank You Pat Brown. The propping open the door to take out Haleigh always struck me as ridiculous too!

  • #139
There is a very good reason why Joe is NOT coming forward....He s a part of this entire thing,,,IMO

Does this same logic apply to Ronald? It's been dead silence at his end, just sayin...

LE spoke with Ron Wednesday???? To be given an update on the evidence/tips that they have???????

Then where was the rest of the family, if LE was just giving him an update?????

They gave the WHOLE family an update on Monday....why not Wednesday? Why isn't Crystal, at least, part of this Wednesday meeting....
