It's interesting that Tommy's confessing on the Haleigh case although there's been no charges brought with this case. So...does this mean plea deal on all charges - robbery, drugs & Haleigh? Or just plea-deal on current drug charges. Or plea deal on just potential Haleigh charges? Or what? Has he pled on drug charges yet?

Tommy's lawyer's been busy busy. That's all we know.

Good on Lindsy if she did. Thinking on that and then thinking about Chelsea's comments last night - one can see the circle taking shape I think. The pills laying around the house, accidental od -----strategy is being planned.

Yes, I agree. Tommy had a teenie weenie epiphany when he was double-threatened - by his wife (changing her name) and his lawyer (I won't help you cut a Haleigh-missing deal if you're lying to me).

Right, somehow Flo knew about the search of the docks before everyone and even called GG Sykes to tell her about it. I wish that LE would release those taped phone calls... would answer a lot of questions.

Hmmm, I have to think through this one. How would Flo know? Maybe Lindsy told family who told Misty in jail and then Misty called Granny?

charlie, would he not need an attorney even if he had info regarding say..Misty's whereabouts that night for example, but did not come forward with that info in the beginning or even after he was first questioned, but did not have direct knowledge of the crime or the disposal? Like if he had kept quiet because he didn't believe at first that Misty or Ron either, for that matter had done anything. Couldn't he still be charged with obstruction or something? Just thinkin' about this...

Tommy is sitting in jail missing his wife and kids....I do not think RC could have anything on him to keep from telling the truth.

When he was arrested for the gun....he spilled a little of his guts. He placed himself at the trailer.

Yup, sadly both of these dads sit in jail missing their kids. Drugs seemed to take precedence over their children. It's TRAGIC. I still have a problem with the rat in the mailbox, though. I hope Tommy spills all of his guts even if he has some involvement. I can't understand how these people think by any means, though. All I can see is that Haleigh never had a chance and that continues to break my heart. IMVHO.

15 months of silence about a beautiful missing little girl >...........gotta be obstruction in there somewhere if he has no involvement. If he helped dispose of Haleigh - I would think accomplice after the fact at least. Dunno - we need an FL lawyer to answer that.

Respectfully, Chesterp, if RC is important to Misty then by proxy he becomes important to Tommy and his family.

Respectively, if TC puts his sister above his wife and children he is not much of a person.

Seriously who is this lawyer? Is this the lawyer Tommy has had all along or is this a lawyer LP hired for him. Because Tommy's lawyer said he was not representing him in the Haleigh case.

Answering my own question, he is the same lawyer he has had, I guess he has changed his mind.

We don’t know exactly…just that attorney James Werter of St. Augustine, Fla. told me earlier he’d scheduled a polygraph Thursday morning, April 8, for client Tommy Croslin who had long requested, a sock-it-to-me lie detector test to clear up any allegations made by sister Misty that he’d come to the trailer with a cousin from Tennessee hours before she reported five year old Haleigh Cummings missing Feb. 10, 2009.

Calls to Werter weren’t returned by press time, but he did send me this text:

“I no longer represent Tommy Croslin on issues regarding Haleigh Cummings. I continue to represent him in his criminal cases.”

Lindsy seems to have the hotline to Tommy and his attorney. Does she also have the hotline to Lisa, who has the hotline to Granny Hollars? I would think most probably.

I think so too - GMa Hollars said they both called Sunday night. GGMa Sykes says GMa Hollars called her Monday.

IMO, he didn't want to lose Lindsey. Don't think necessarily putting sis above wife - he's involved. He probably tested truthful in one or two areas, and untruthful in others. He's not acknowledging his full responsibility yet.

It was said Tommy's attorney said he would no longer represent Tommy after he failed the polygraph, but the next day he had a change of heart and is now TC's attorney again. I suppose he can pick and choose which case he wants to represent TC. Attorneys do have that prerogative.

GMF may have known because le told her OTHER grandchild that we have to keep up the facade, it has to get back to RC that Misty and TC are pointing fingers at you. So GMF, being the good family matriarch says, I will make sure it gets back to RC - I will tell both TN & GGMS - hell, I'll go on TV and tell the whole world. They will have to believe me if I am all 3 of y'alls Nanny ....

am I stretching this toooooo far???
