Judge Perry said he'll be expecting 5 1/2 day work weeks especially with a sequestered jury.

Talking about planning activities and movies for entrtaining jury members since they'll be unable to watch TV.

This hearing is a slap of reality for Casey...she is the most still I have ever seen her.

She's clenching her jaw quite a bit!

Casey looks pale today, extremely so and has very dark circles under her eys. I am thinking that reality has now slapped her very hard right smack in the face!

I find it rather odd that JB et al is not certain on sequestering the jury, and it doesn't seem that he is pleased with the notion of bringing in the jury and holding trial in Orlando. I do not think that was what the defense wanted. IMO they want a clear COV in another county altogether outside of Orlando.

Judge Perry is bringing down the :gavel: ! He certainly is getting right down to business and wants to see this process get trucking right along. Already speeding up on some issues as the expert witness and costs etc.

It seems like when JB speaks he has a slight lump in his throat and he seems a wee bit nervous today IMO. Casey also doesn't seem very pleased with this new judge!
