LDB wants all other matters resolved by Jan. 2011 so that they may use the balance of time remaining to prepare for the actual trial. Judge Perry wants to begin May 2nd but Lyon's daughter to graduate at the time to be May 9th instead.

AL's daughter graduating college means the trail can't start May 2. gods sake

AL's daughter is graduating on May 2nd so that's why she can't do it then. Judge Perry seems peeved about that.
