Did you notice Judge Perry is like the energizing bunny the way he jiggles his chair triple time instead of JS's rocking?

I loved that! It was like he was saying, "Get moving, people. Do your homework and come to my court READY for action".

I saw it. Cell phones are not allowed in the Court room, turned on and showing pictures or whatever. Also a problem with the secret email communication stuff. CM was stunned and ticked, as he should have been.

This must be why I thought he was miffed. He just looked irritated to me.

That was my favorite, he is going to hear their motions, including the DP ones in one week. He threw that in there so casually, one could infer he didn't think it would take much to dispense of those in very short order, indeed!

Get ready, now or never, Andrea. You are not going to get a third shot at asking a Florida judge to declare the law of the state, voted on by the voters of the state, to be unconstitutional. How did Judge Strickland say it..."Aren't you asking me to reinvent the wheel. I cannot go against statutes!"

I bet we will have a wonderful amount of priceless quotes going forward.

I don't think the defense motion on the death penalty will get very far with Judge Perry IMO. Of course he has no choice but to hear the motion. However IMO he will not find in favor of them. JMO

Well - I hope one of the first things new judge BP will do when he sequesters a jury, will be to slap a gag order on the attorneys during the trial. JB will pop wide open if he is unable to talk to the cameras.

George's shirt was a very bright green, probably in support of Casey. He doesn't look that well. Cindy actually looks better. I saw her all excited like a Casey groupie. It's sad when it sinks in that Casey is their daughter.

Just so everyone understands, a motion about unconstitutionality of the death penalty should be filed in every death penalty case. Judge cannot do anything about it, but it is a must now.
