JB is always doing what HE SHOULD NOT be! It never stops him. Silly JB and CM on trutv now saying that this is exactly what they wanted, Judge Perry! PLEASE!!!!

You know, with all that was said by JP about the sequestering of the jury, the widespread publicity of this case, etc. I wonder what he will think when he finds out that JB and CM ran straight to the cameras when court was over! What is wrong with these people??? (the defense)

From the looks of Casey she looks upset. I'm not a lip reader but I could of sworn Casey looked like she said this is stupid and I don't want to be here. Anyone else notice this.

I didn't see it, but I wouldn't doubt for one minute that she said that.

She looked upset for sure. So upset she had trouble shwallowing - and I'm not just trying to be funny! She was actually gulping.

I did not notice him showing Kc his phone but I did see JB push a button on his phone while it was laying on the table while the Judge was speaking. The Judge must not have seen it or I am sure he would have said something to him. And why the heck does he need his cell phone laying on the table during court.

He did show KC something on his cell before the Judge came in. He also picked it up durning the hearing and look at it and set it back down.
I hope the Judge will put a stop to cell phones being allowed to be brought into the cout room. IMO there is no reason to bring one in to begin with, your in a hearing not on a play ground.

Just heard on In Session that Jose Baez will be joining them to give his reaction to this morning's hearing...

This is why he doesn't want the jury sequestered...he's planning on doing that EVERY DAY during the trial.

I am sure I've read that he and JBP have met in the courtroom before, so pretty sure he knows how to tread in his presence.

JB wants this to go on forever! He loves this case. If I were ever going to feel sorry for Casey(which I don't)I would feel bad that she chose a man to defend her who has just as little caring for other people as she does.

Imagine if all we knew was what came out at the very beginning, if Cindy, George and JB had kept their mouths shut, had not tried all the games and lies...

It would be much easier to convince me that maybe Caylee's death might have been an accident. But, with all the "misinformation" the defense has put out, we have had to sleuth that much harder and all it has done is make Casey look guilty.(As I believe she is.)

The sad thing will be if JB is allowed to continue to practice law after this. I am only a high school educated woman and I never ever knew lawyers could act like I have seen JB act and break the law and still be allowed his job.

I've worked minimum wage jobs all my life and I could never be this incompetent and still keep my job. Too bad I didn't go to college...
