Judge Perry - "What I hear from the State is they have no objection from COV, one of the things court must take into consideration is you can't force a venue on someone. Court is required to consult with Chief Judge of that location and see if they have the wherewithall in that location to do it. Whether they can accommodate the media, demographics, there was a study Baez put in how folks had reacted to what they know, proof of the pudding is the answers they will give, LOCATION WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED ahead of time, but will ONLY be disclosed at the last possible moment. Disclosing too soon causes interviews to the people on the street, generating stories in local papers, we must balance the right of the public's right to know vs. Casey's rights. A lot of COV will be determined by who will take it, Judge can not force anyone place to take it."
