Out to LP -- says he's been asking Lindsy about ToC going to the MH & why ToC didn't say anything til October....saying ToC said maybe he didn't....he was home @ 10:15 babysitting kids because Lindsy didn't get home from school til 10:30.

I'm confused too. If Lindsey got home from school at 10:15pm and TC was there taking care of the kids, that seems more reliable information than him saying he went over to the mobile home at 10pm which can't be backed up by any other proof. :waitasec:

Exactly. If he went at 10, Lisa and Hank were in Gainsville so who was watching his kids? I think the thinking now is that he may have gone later, but wouldn't Lindsy notice him missing from bed? I know I would. JMO
