krkrjx - Although they talk to Granny/GMH it doesn't mean that they were telling her the truth. Maybe they knew in advance or had it worked out with GMH to tell these tales. If they know their Granny, then they were well aware that these stories would get told. Doesn't mean that they are true. It just means GMH will retell a tale that's told to her.

Must have some physical evidence...better have some.

That's all true, Justin. But, I think Misty and Granny H were really close at certain times while Misty was growing up. I believe it is possible Misty could have confided truthfully in Granny at some point, had the process been allowed to evolve. But it is certainly not gonna happen now.

JW came out (on NG) before these ToC tapes were released - he probably felt he needed to discredit GMF and possibly, now Misty. No other reason to place his client at MH, van and dock. JW - he was at all those places, but my client didn't do it. Otherwise, no defense attorney in his right mind would do that.

you know, it bugs me that they go with Joe, when everyone knows Joe was cleared by LE long ago.

So, what if JOE was cleared long ago because he actually has an alibi for that night ...

Substitute Timmy for JOE and ... and add Misty calling for clean-up.

:slap:

^ that's me slapping myself and takin' it to the theory thread, kimster.

OK IMO the attorney of a defendant under investigation does not talk to a member of the press unless they want a story out there. I don't know what Atty. Fields has in mind but for some reason he wants this story of Misty hiding under the covers to be the story. Interesting. MOO

Wait, one more before slap - yes, been thinkin that over after the tape releases (Timmy - perhaps, cleanup.) - ToC's desperation for TiC contact on so many of his tapes.

With all of the varying tales that Misty and Tommy have told in hopes that one of the stories might stick, a pasta factory has gone out of business! :D

I keep thinking Flo put it out there first grandmaj.

But, if AH says he's heard it from fields...then the fact he'll confirm it is kinda interesting...agreed!

Who would want this type of story to stick when there are so many others to choose from - much more reasonable. This is an outrageous despicable story to run with.

:rolling:

I don't know if you're talking about testing spaghetti on the ceiling, BDE, but rofl, that's the picture I just got. Yup.

And, it's a nicer picture than throwing you know what on the wall...so thanks for that!

um.

you want another story?

(just teasing epiphany. I know what you mean. For Haleigh's sake I hope the truth is a far softer story.)

AH: Fields - To and JO come over to get gun
she hears H screamg
M and Jr under blanket
JO threatend to kill her and her family
they left w/H

this is the story

I'm sorry if this has been addressed already. I am only on page one of this thread but I didn't want to forget my question. Okay if Misty was with Jr. scared and holding him wouldn't Jr. be awake and know this? Could he have said a man in black because he was under the covers and it was dark?

No more stories...enough with the videos and audios.

Turn over the phone records cause i need to return to my life!

JVM should rub AH's head one more time to see if a different story comes out.

Garage sale indeed.

Guessing AH's source about what Field's said is Flo.

Misty to Flo to AH

not Fields to AH.

JHMO

I agree. I seriously doubt Fields is confiding in AH. I believe Fields might have Misty's latest tale on tape, and he may have told AH that, but I do not think Fields has told AH what is on the tape.

And on the jailhouse tapes we just heard, Misty claims she is not even sure JO was there, that she got that idea from other people (and the power of suggestion is strong so she went to sleep and dreamed it was JO).

I don't know Mew, I thought the blanket was in the wash! :banghead:

Ok Ya think she is telling all these amazing stories. What I title it "an impossiable mission to find the truth"?

I just don't see Misty hiding from her dear brother and cousin. She would have been front and center. She has no reason to be scared of her cousin or brother. They wouldn't harm her! This story makes no sense. I could see her hiding if in fact she knew of haleighs demise and was in the bed with Jr making sure he didn't see anything. We've already heard from Jr that he saw a man bouncing on the couch. Perhaps misty was there, and then brought Jr back to bed and put him under the covers with her so that he wouldn't "spill the beans".

ETA- Does Timmy live in florida? I'm sorry, not following this case too closely

Yes, you're making me think perhaps that they released that particular tape for Mr. Fields to attend to. :waitasec:

And they released Tommy's for Mr. Werter to attend to.

Message sent: "Try, try, again Counselor."
or, perhaps: "It's too late, baybee"

ETA: both these stories were refuted in taped phone convos with family - but the thing is - the attorneys may not know that, and are trying to use these Joe stories for negotiating. So...LE releases the convos...far and wide...as a big flip off to Tommy & Misty liarpants.
