JP asked for case citations, CM looking for them...short delay. CM can't find the cases he cited...

  • #182
Okay this is beyond ridiculous...CM is so unprepared!

  • #183
darn i wish casey was in court to hear that.......she probably would have flipped

  • #184
CM needs to come to court more prepared. Review cases you are going to cite BEFORE you get to court.....geewhiz.

No kidding!! He comes across as LESS than professional, imo!!!!

Who is going to get tossed under for placing the body in the woods after KC killed her and HOW does that help KC's defense to save her from the DP?

  • #186
CM wants this tape recording because the man's voice itself may be compelling--when was he telling truth and when not

Instead of worrying about poor JJ maybe they should have a re-listen to all of Casey's recordings and see how compelling they are as to whether she is telling the truth or not.

yawn....CM get it together!

  • #188
He indicated that he'll rule against it given the fact that he's "already done his research and can find nothing to substantiate the Motion."

Another one bites the dust.

did he? Sorry I missed that.

Just coming in.....what's CM's problem? Looks like he's fumbling.

  • #190
OMG did the defense actually just ADMIT that? WHOA! I guess no more she's innocent, just wait til the trial!

darn it!!! that was when I choose to get refreshments!!!!!

Question: If judge Perry decides that Casey Anthony's due process rights are violated by public records being ... well... public.. doesn't that give every other inmate who has been convicted an appeal issue? If Casey Anthony's constitutional right to due process is violated by the public release of jail visitor logs, then all other inmates' right to due process was violated also IMO.

I think its ridiculous to say that just because there is a significant amount of media attention that her rights are being violated, or that she deserves special protection. If her rights to a fair trial are in ANY way impeded by the media circus, well then she should stop an think about who created said media circus. If she had told the truth, or confessed, or cooperated with law enforcement none of us would be watching this right now. She made her bed. Time to lie in it I suppose.

Or the judge can impose a gag order if he wants, and then no info would come out. I would think that is always an option. Defense opposed this, if I recall.

I'm really getting tired of CM's trips down good-old-boy memory lane...

hanging with jb to much???????:blushing::angel:

darn i wish casey was in court to hear that.......she probably would have flipped

Ooh, maybe if she was "ill" that's why- her defense said something of that effect to her and she kept saying she's innocent and got super angry/hysterical and unmanageable? (pure 100% speculation)

yawn....CM get it together!

Is it possible?? I hear more stammering, uh-uhs, hmms, and blundering than Jose today!

  • #196
CM is tooting his own horn....oh, and JB is googling? Texting?

  • #197
Splain me this-CM can talk from memory regarding the nuances of the statutes and cases that he cannot lay his hands on. Uh huh.

All visitors must sign in and name and time. They then go to attorney meeting room. Driver's license must also be put on visitors' form.

Yes, and it's a place called J A I L. It's not the grocery store.
Why do they think the laws should change for them?:banghead:
So a shrink visits her. How unexpected! D'oh:crazy:
moo :cow:

Let's see they want psychiatrist hidden from visitor list and now CM implied KC killed Caylee but someone else moved the body. Sooooo......KC is insane, but George or Lee are the real bad guys because they tossed her body woods. Defense hopes to show that KC should not get the DP because she was only the killer. (HUH?)

i would not be shocked if, it comes down to it, that casey claims that george and cindy moved the body and/or murdered her
