think it is also tiring the Judge as well.....he seems to look at them when he mentions following timeline set fourth.....

JB is now arguing is motion and JA is suggesting a different order of presentation of the motion.

JB disagrees and said, "It's my motion and I'd like to argue it the way I want to"

Yes, stomp your feet like a two year old to get what you want, sheesh!

Last April a year ago, JB employee went to sheriff's office to get them to identify the tips they wished to inspect and abandoned the mission and has never been back...

a trend with them.

JA is objecting and had just received the exhibits.

Seems to me that if JB failed to include this in his motion then he shouldn't be allowed to argue it. But I think I see where JP is going with this...let JB have his moment, let the SA shoot him down, then deny the motion.

no not complaining about the money, complaining about the tips not being disclosed, the RK tips weren't disclosed for a very long time to the defense, they kept being strung along with a bunch of nonsense and only psychic tips released to them. A lot of the tips still haven't been released to them to this date

well thats kinda bizarre. so who will they claim casey gave caylee to, or who stole caylee from her? are they setting up an insanity defense?

Does Florida allow a verdict of "guilty, but mentally ill"? They may pay expert witnesses to say she has BPD or has Major Depression.
