Seems just like broadcast TV during the summer season ---- this is full of repeats ..... I have heard JB get told 2 - 3 times before that this argument is with Oak Ridge Labs and NOT the State and is not within this jurisdiction.

If at first you don't succeed, keep flogging the same old dead horse in the hope someone will see you and feel sorry to give you what you want.

Next hearing June 17, Judge is moving it because he will be in a different county.

HHBPJ is allowing the two sides to come up with a new date.

I do not believe it is a matter of the Tips being released to the Defense but that the Defense has not picked them up for reasons unknown to me
SAO Burdick did state in Court that the tips are ready and available for the Defense to pick them up..Judge told Baez to go ahead and pay for them..let's get it done.

doesn't sound like it at all, Intermezzo. Hardly a case of them "just not picking up" the documents.
They requested them continually, were quoted figures and paid them, but still only received psychic type tips. They had continued to request the tips and only psychic type tips continued to be released

They were being strung along, it's very obvious, they could tell the OCSD thought it was funny

Finally LDB claims it's her understanding the rest of the tips will now finally be released to the defense for an additional $200 LOL

People like to complain about the defense spending any public money, but please, the prosecution runs completely on public money. How much have they spent?? Of course they have to spend money, and so does the defense. How about the OCSD not turning over those tips all that time, for example, it's been 2 years. Dragging these things out costs the public a lot of money. (Whoever was responsible for that.)

And BTW Cindy sure does look tan too? She must have also spent time out in the sun on memorial day weekend too? How again is she getting paid again??? Oh yeah that's right disability? So you have a problem with the SA taking a day off who puts criminals away to keep you and our children safe? But probably think of nothing of Cindy being on disability for over a year?

Yes, that the defense was being too lazy to go and pick them up. It's easy. Pay the FULL amount. PICK UP the tips. Apparently the defense just can't seem to do those TWO things!

This is NOT some conspiracy by the state as you seem to imply. It's the DEFENSE not doing their job.

Strongly disagree. The tips have been prepared and waiting for the defense to come and get them for over a year. I remember when JB asked for them and then he complained because he had to pay for them (this was back when he was playing with over $300,000.) He said the State was running some kind of scam!!
