NTS, if you read the rest of LL's tag line, she is pointing out that this was a graphic uploaded to Casey's Photobucket account. This shows that Casey was pondering the death penalty on July 8, a week before Cindy caught up with her. This was an oddly serious subject for Casey, whose other Photobucket graphics were mostly about music, sex and drinking.

Thanks, I feel silly now. Not the first time. lol But gosh, I never thought of that. I am against the death penalty and not ashamed of it. Does that automatically make me a suspect in a murder case these days?

Thanks, I understand and I get it. In someways, I am making the states case for them, however, there is no sense in fighting the fact that she said it. I just wanted to point out the truth that there was only one person that says she said it to him ( Charles C). IMO (any other comment about a bad smell is consistent with a kitchen garbage bag being in the trunk for 3 weeks. IMO)

You make a good point about Ca not trusting her daughter. But you also make a good point about Kc mantaining her story. She has maintained the same story all along as far as I know. IMO It is other people that have twisted the story. IMO The whole hee haw gang of colorful characters to include La, Ga, Ca, Lp, Tm, Dc, Jh and more have thrown in their 2 cents to twist the story, but Kc, now Kc, has maintained all along. IMO Silence is Golden. The state has their work cut out for them. IMO

Except that when she was out on bond, she told Lee the JB Park "ZFG pushed me down and snatched Caylee" story, complete with acting out the motion of getting pushed down. So now it appears that she has changed her story.

When Lee is on the stand and describes this conversation with Casey, it will not be hearsay, because (1) the State will not be trying to prove that Casey's statements were true, and (2) the statements will fall within the hearsay exclusion for statements of a "party-opponent" (in this case, the defendant).

No, not unless your child goes missing, you try to cover it up for weeks, you then develop a sudden interest in and opposition to the death penalty where previously you were only interested in music, sex and alcohol, your car is found with the smell of death in the trunk, and then your child turns up dead around the corner from your house. So I think you're safe. :)

Many of us are not for the DP (and include all criminals, even the guy in Utah, not just victim's families - in a way all of them may be victims of that particular crime, directly or indirectly). However it does not mean we don't believe in justice.

But I think AZ was simply pointing out that an out-of-place statement made about the DP that is posted by someone who is shortly thereafter actually a suspect and then indicted for murder (particularly when the post is made during the time frame the murder may have occurred) has more meaning than when normal people choose it as part of their belief system and share that belief with others.

Who is tm? Surely you do not mean the beloved Tim Miller? Is nothing sacred?!!!!!!! There must be some other tm, I trust that!!!

O/T in case anyone reading here is confused. Tim Miller's statement is attached and his words, his true, untwisted, imo, words are here from his own mouth. Mr. Miller is the hero that came on his own dime and volunteered to search for Caylee. He was treated very poorly by Cindy, his organization, formed in loving memory of his daughter who was missing and found dead, Texas Eqqusearch, continues to be under fire by the defense and it wholly offensive to me for any hint of disparaging him to be done. That is vile. There are true villians. Tim Miller is not one of them. I am hoping that there is some other tm. I do agree unfortunately there have been a number of very troubled folks to choose from. I just want everyone to know we are not talking about Tim Miller, because often when we do we use only his initials.

I am so happy that you were very kind and respectful to AZ lawyer. You said you will indeed accept the jury's verdict. NTS you are on a roll, may I ask you one favor, in that spirit of fairness? Would you please remove Mr. Miller from the would be list of characters who has twisted the story? That man has been spit on by the Anthonys and he does not deserve any disparagement. He just does not. Not here where we tell the truth.

BBM respectfully TWA....Tim Miller has never thrown in his 2 cents to "twist" the story!!! Tim Miller spoke the TRUTH and the Anthony's refused to believe it!!! I agree, take Tim Miller out of the equation!!!

Didn't she also change her story (in her own writing) in her letters? That she had asked the nanny to watch Caylee while she was making arrangements to move and that is why she didn't report it right away? (IIRC...going from memory here).:waitasec:

Lead detective Yuri Melich,
"After speaking to Casey extensively, listening to all the stories, after trying to follow up all these leads, we obviously had to start to look elsewhere..... so we asked Mr. Anthony if we could seize the car and start looking for evidence inside it, if he would give permission for us to process the car and Mr. Anthony did sign an affidavit for us to do so.

I actually went into to smell the car
Before I came in to the child abuse unit, I was a homicide detective for two years for the Orange County Sheriff's department
In my experience the smell I smelled inside that car was decomposition."
Excerpt from Casey Anthony bond hearing.

In this hearing he further details that Casey came home one dayin June , backed up her car to the garage, he thought that was odd, she normally didn't, then she came to her neighbor and borrowed a shovel. That is O/T for the purpose of this discussion, but it reminded me that there is not one piece of a puzzle to help the jury there are one thousand pieces of circumstantial evidence. Watch Casey in the video.

The state has got this, do not worry. Remain calm. Judge Perry is going to calmly with authority and elegant manners going to simply say, according to case law_____, _______, and _________, the 911 calls will come in to trial. Ok, what's next on our list of motions this morning? He will turn his page and continue on...slightly looking up through his glasses to assure himself "All minds are clear".
Speaking of JP...wasn't there supposed to be a status hearing soon...can anyone refresh my memory as to when that is? TIA

ETA: sorry...being lazy...it's Friday...and HOT!

I assumed that NTS was referring to Tracy M, one of LP's associates. Also, there is nothing disparaging in saying that all these people--LA, LP, Tracy M, etc. repeated the JB Park story when questioned under oath. Why wouldn't they repeat the story being offered by Casey as the "really real truth" while she was out on bond? It is only disparaging if there is any implication that these people made up the story rather than hearing it directly from Casey.

I think that story was allegedly told to one of her jail pals, but I don't recall seeing it in writing in the letters.

ETA: I think we're sliding off topic again.....

Everyone take a deep breath, call a best friend for a laugh, do not be upset if someone has an idea or agenda that defies logic to you. You wouldn't stand outside of a strip club and try to convince the drunken Sailors that they are heathens if go in, right?

AZ lawyer, your parents must be so proud.

That's a great clip! I guess that was before GR and JB became BFFs!

I remember seeing that as well...if you find it can you let us know?

Sorry for the OT

Thanks everyone, I had forgotten about Tracey. I am sure hoping no one was insinuating anything about Mr. Miller. I have a habit of using just initials when I write and for Mr. Miller I use TM, so I just thought of him straight away.

God bless Mr. Miller, his wife, all of Texas Equusearch, all of our own members who volunteered to search, all of our members and American people who donated and all of you who prayed for their safe and successful search. Cindy and Tim Miller on Nancy Grace. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qu5QxaMahk[/ame]

Now back to the 911 calls.... [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aHVNM_CLiAU[/ame] I never noticed that in one of the calls Cindy says "...and a possible missing child."

is this actually scheduled yet? I sure wish it was to be on July 15th the day the TES matters are to be heard before Judge Perry.[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GgX8KjFPnY[/ame]

If the jury has mothers or fathers or grand parents or sisters or brothers or aunt or uncles or anyone that has ever loved a child, they are going to know sheer panic when they hear it in the 911 call and they by contrast will also recognize, flat affect, cold, calm Casey to be oddly opposite of her mom.

Cindy misunderstands that urine or sweat can be confused with decomposition. I do not know who, if it is pop or the defense lawyer, telling her things incorrectly, or if she misinterprets what she is told, but clearly she is easily led and once she believes something she cannot be budged. I do think that will be obvious to the jury. If she starts lying, even thought she may believe her own lies, she will not convince the jury that the sky is purple any more that the jury will believe that she made up the car smelling like a dead body as a lie. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qu5QxaMahk[/ame]

The best thing the defense can do is keep Mrs. Anthony off the stand and if the prosecutors call her, just try not to cross examine her for any length of time it will just be a huge, major disaster!!!!!!! The 911 calls are coming in, but that is the tip of the Cindy iceberg, imo. They could find a miracle method to filter the oil out of the gulf sooner than they could turn her into a helpful witness for the defense.
