Ruh Roh...it appears the author of this letter appears to have forgotten about the Fl Sunshine Laws.

And whats with all these people giving Casey so much personal information?!? :waitasec:

Not to mention their names, addresses, phone numbers and other pertinent information is included. What are they thinking?

Hey, I like the one about the person working for the attorney, knowing all the jailhouse rules, and still got busted all over again. :snooty:

The little picture of the little girl and Cindy saying I love you Mommy, I am doing good in Heaven and see you when you come to heaven one day with open arms from me Mommy.
URGH How can Cindy really write that to Casey?
How can they act so blind..I see through George and Lee..George's words in the letter show he knows and is begging for her to end this and just confess and Cindy acts delusional. She knows the truth but doesn't want to believe it and will do anything to keep Casey from death

I do not believe CA is a really a loving Mother, or even the co-dependent Mother she is playing the part of: I believe she is a maliciously punishing Mother.

I believe that she is haunting Casey with all those pictures of her victim, and is threatening that Casey will be haunted by Caylee even after death.

My favorite fan letter comes from a 54-year-old guy who says he has many prison pen-pals and sends them money. He said he heard the prosecutor wants to give Casey the death penalty. Then he mentions he's wishing her happy birthday three months early in case she doesn't live to see her 24th birthday. I dang near wet myself on that one. :floorlaugh: The guy made up for it by asking how much money she wanted him to send: "$100? $200? $300? $400?". We all know KC surely told him, oh, just send me $100. :innocent: (begins page 15178)

Man. Can you imagine anyone writing something like that to someone? I'm surprised he didn't pro-rate the amount of money according to how long he thinks she'll probably still be alive, and chart that out for her.

Evidently there are couples on the outside fighting over one of them crushing on Casey...

What's really scary is many of the authors can vote, own handguns and serve on a jury......

Not to mention {shudder} reproduce

Omg, that was hilarious!!! :rolling:

You right about that! LOL

Imagine the looks on their faces when they find out their letters, not to mention their personal info being out there for the whole world to see!

Looks that way to me, too.

I know. (And it's interesting what gets redacted and what doesn't in the media for example and by us.) I do believe in the principle of the Sunshine law, the transparency is good and can be very important for justice. But it is sad when people who appear to be completely unrelated to the case (and who also probably had no idea about the Sunshine law), just send her a prayer, for example, or the people who sent well-meaning tips, or sometimes notes by people who might not be completely stable or clear thinking, misguided love notes or whatever, and get their name and address put out there.....Nancy G has actually read out names on national TV before of people who had just sent Casey a few bucks for the canteen, for example, presumably to embarrass these people. That's the downside of the Sunshine law for sure.
In contrast, you sometimes see an almost sanctimonious attitude regarding the "privacy" of other people, even some people very close to the case. LOL It appears to be selective.

Bolded by me:

Seagull, I understand your point, but I feel that people quit being unrelated to the case when they choose to write to an inmate. They chose to send Casey their addresses and sometimes their phone #s.

Why in the world would she use Caylee's hooded towel to bury with??
I would NEVER use Caylee's things
Cindy says I don't understand how Ashton got away with saying his opinions in court the other day. I'm sorry you had to hear that. I had to leave. I was going to say something that would of gotten me in trouble.

It is apparent that Cindy is totally unaware of what is coming during the trial...That speech of Ashton's is just the tip of the iceberg...

Hold onto your hat Cindy, it's going to be a very bumpy ride!!!

More than 2,000 pages in...ego fodder for her!!! male/female ratio has just switched up to 40/60...

WTH ... (Keeping my opinion for myself for now...)

Well....the only thing I'm guilty of is reading these silly letters, but this guy wants KC to be his Pen Pan. I thought I'd see if I could find a Pen Pan too!

Sparky, you're just too good for a Pen Pal. Does the Pen stand for Penitentiary??? Imagine having what you presumed was a private correspondence posted for all the world to see. I can see some of these people who are employed having their now employers thinking "Well I suspected they were a little off, now I have confirmation." The old saying still stands......be careful what you wish for......

Cindy writes, "Eventually you will develop psychological issues if you haven't already", in reference to Jose keeping her family away from her.

Sorry to keep making so many posts, I'll let everyone read for themselves, I'm just astonished at each paragraph.

Bold mine.

Ya think?!!!! :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Fortunately for Julie, if her address is still current she lives within close proximity to a mental facility.

My favorite is the girl from Tennessee who awaits her monthly check and then sends KC money orders. She also sent her home and cell phone numbers and states to call anytime, I don't work. lol Geez people this is our tax money at work...just saying....

I like the guy who admits he has a "romanticle" interest in KC.

Yeah, that's exactly what I thought.
CA is showing her passive/aggressive parenting skills.

Is there any letter from Mark Hawkins?

For Caylee, since none of the letters from her family were
