As for the texting...well, I can't think of a good one for that. But I do think it is the same person who was bringing groceries, according to one MSM article. After Kaine left.

Did she think her phones were not tapped....... my goodness this is just astounding. She is the focus of a missing child case. I would guess her house is bugged, her phones tapped and GPS on her cars.

One child missing, tried to abduct another and then sharing explicit pictures over the phone? They don't need a gag order they need to stop this woman before she hurts someone else. This is not the behavior of a rational woman.

Kaine Horman, who is living in an undisclosed location, has not responded to attempts by The Oregonian to reach him. Michael Cook, a friend from high school who earlier this month helped organize a vigil for 7-year-old Kyron, said he has spoken with him, but he declined to say how Horman was doing.

"It's sad," he said about the latest development in the case. "It's very sad. I'm just a friend. I hope Kyron comes home."

Cook, who has been at the Horman house Tuesday and Wednesday, urged the public not to prejudge anyone. "I'm not jumping to any conclusions or passing any sort of judgment," he said. "I don't know what happened to Kyron and I won't presume that someone is responsible because of how things might appear."

About 4 p.m. Wednesday, Cook drove up in a blue pickup truck laden with supplies for Terri Horman and her family and friends.

He parked among the 10 or so news vehicles hugging the shoulder on Sheltered Nook Road, dropped off a cooler filled with beverages -- an olive branch to the cameramen and reporters -- then drove up to the home and dropped off 12-packs of Coca-Cola and 7-Up, bottles of Arrowhead water, Hefty kitchen garbage bags, Quaker Chewy granola bars and catfood.

He declined to talk about the mood inside the home, saying he feared his words would be twisted

Terri Horman was served with the restraining order and divorce papers about 6 p.m. Monday.

I am not saying that I approve of her behavior, but how would what she has done since HE filed for divorce and moved out be ANY of his business, no matter who it was with? If she tried to pick up her own daughter BEFORE the papers were filed, she had every right to do that. Where and why does he have access to monitor her text messages and private conversations? I guess I am not getting the point of asking for contempt of court when he clearly states that her contact with Baby K was BEFORE the papers were served?

The document for contempt would be called a Rule to Show Cause, correct? I would be interested in reading the facts contained if it is released. Unless TH was served papers before she tried to get the baby, this holds no water.

In the motion, it was alleged Terri also exchanged hundred of text messages with Cook and several photographs of graphic sexual activity since June 30. Cook was a high school friend of Kaine Horman. Kaine told authorities that Terri and Cook did not know each other before Kyron's disappearance and were now in a relationship.

She's legally entitled to date who she wants now that she is his estranged wife, but the timing couldn't be worse.
This doesn't make her look innocent or caring in any shape. I think they had chatted or met before this.
Why would his best friend turn on him like that- either these people are socially inept, inconsiderate or guilty.

Oh man! So from the time Kyron goes missing, she strikes up a friendship with one of her husband's childhood friends and begins a relationship with him of some sort. How do you go from grieving step mother to text sex to taking photos of "graphic sexual activity."

But she did ask specifically when Kaine would be working out, so she was planning to take the baby in stealth, whether she believed it was illegal or not.

The article states that this was before she was served. If Kane had taken the baby over the weekend I am sure she just wanted to get her back. There is nothing illegal about this IMO.

WOW! I can't even begin to imagine trying to keep this cluster in an organized stack. This is just crazy. Seriously, how many walls of flowcharts do we have here with this case?

Well, this answers several questions for us. She does miss her baby girl, but tried to go outside the law for not only visitation purposes, but likely for permanent residence with her and not Kaine. Maybe thats why she didn't try to flee the country, she wouldn't do it without her daughter (if she was to attempt). The restraining order and divorce filing were done on a Monday, right? (date escapes me) The Monday after the weekend - Saturday when two calls were made to 911 from the Hrman house.

I think the violation is that she showed the 'sealed' RO to her soon-to-be boyfriend, and the googling of his new address doesn't do them any favors, IMO. It's been reported that LE's been looking at TH's 'friend's' cell phones, so I'm guessing that LE was the one with access to the text messages, etc., and that's how he got the information. TH has the right to do whatever she wants since her husband moved out, but the behavior shows a serious lack of judgment IMO...she appears out-of-control, IMO IMO IMO.
