Why shouldn't she have spousal support? She didn't initiate the divorce proceedings and is being thrown out of the only home she's known for the past .... however many years. It's standard in most divorce proceedings.

Er shes having a affair why SHOULD he pay spousal support? Let her get a job so SHE can help to support her daughter. And why is she being thrown out??

This case is not most standard divorce proceedings by a LONG way.. JMO

Kaine was asked to cough up the cash Tuesday afternoon as attorneys for both parties appeared before a judge.

Kaine's attorney, Laura Rackner, said her client is not willing to hand over money to Terri.

"He would like some cooperation from her first," she said. "He would like to know where his son is."

I cannot even believe this. Watching JVM right now and everyone agrees that it's incredulous that she would ask him for money. Even if she didn't do anything to Kyron (she most certainly knows what happened), her behavior negates her right to anything that Kaine has.

Apart from I find it shocking she would even ask him for money (especially if she supposedly hates him so much)...hes not working and isnt likely to be for some time. He has possibly been paying for wherever hes currently at. She is not paying money towards her daughter and now she is trying to take money from Kaine..that could be used on her daughter.

BBM. Really? My ex daughter-in-law left my son while he was in the military in a foreign country. She took their child, moved back to the states, moved in with another man and my son was still forced to pay child support AND alimony for at least a year.
