Hi Luna, I just checked. Only Channel 12 {KPTV} has a 10pm broadcast. KOIN and KGW have theirs at 11 but I know KOIN does give an update announcement on news at 10pm. KGW might give an update then too.

I was really impressed with KPTV being so on the story when I called them this afternoon. She was good. LOL Had fresh news about the case and didn't even let on to me. :banghead::angel:

KGW IS ON NOW! Laural Porter...

ORIGINALLY POSTED BY JERSEY GIRL -IMO, Terri doesn't work (subs once in awhile & volunteers to read to the younger students at Skyline), Kaine does work a full time job, so obviously Kaine pays the mortgage. Kaine can afford the mortgage, daycare, food, etc. Terri could have moved in with her parents, afterall it was sure ok for her son to move in with them a few months ago before he eventually moved in with his bio dad... So, why couldn't Terri just move in with her parents & Kaine stay in the House with the baby?
IMO the reason Kaine moved out with their child and didn't have Terri bethe one to move out is because KAINE KNOWS TERRI WILL ONLY BE LIVING THERE VERY TEMPORARILY AND THAT HE AND CHILD WILL BE BACK IN THE RESIDENCE LIVING WHILE TERRI IS BEHIND BARS....of course IMO

There are different types of restraining orders. Does anyone know for sure that Kaine got a "no contact" restraining order?

The other type of restraining order that would be pertinent in a divorce case is an order that prohibits one or both parents from removing the child(ren) from the custody of the other parent. It is so that one parent can't just grab the child(ren) and move out of state or disappear.

When a friend of mine filed for divorce, her lawyer advised her to get a restraining order for custody issues. She said her soon-to-be ex was a great father, very involved with their children. And that was why her lawyer told her to get the restraining order; he felt there was an increased chance that such an involved parent might be tempted to remove the children from her immediate vicinity.

The order did not prohibit him from visiting the children, it only restricted him from removing them from their home without permission from the mother.

As I recall from the Willamette Week, Desiree Young took out exactly this type of restraining order against Kaine Horman. So Kaine knows about this type of order and may well be more likely to use it than the average person filing for divorce.

Grannie - I remember reading that also. Expanding on restraining orders, there are emergency restraining orders given the same day as requested if the judge feels there is good reason, he/she will issue one almost right away. At least that's the case here in Illinois. moo

Kyle Iboshi - of KGW Live said he spoke to Terri Horman twice tonight. First time she was calm; second time she seemed out of breath and said she was trying to get some things (items?) together.

Reporter claimed he talked to TH twice today..once before the filing for divorce but then he called her a few hours ago and she sounded 'out of breath' and said she was 'trying to get some items together'...?!wtf?!

Can someone throw the link back up for livefeed? Threads moving too fast TIA!

Wow, just wow, lots going on tonite, I was off watching TV all evening and come back to K filing for divorce and taking the baby, along with the RO against Terri, adds up to bad news comming soon...JMO...Where is Kyron????

Report says with second call to Terri, she was out of breath and getting things together.

I think she's being taken in.

terri told the news she is cooperating and that she is doing everything police ask.

I have to think he's been given this advice. Also, he must agree with the need to push away as soon as possible. He needs to cut her off from the baby, for the baby's safety. And just think of that SAR - all under false pretenses... He has a list of to-dos from his counsel, he's doing them.

I dunno for sure, but, I'm thinking LE has their suspect.

This doesn't feel like another pressure tactic to me...not with the taking of her precious little girl out from under her. It feels like the end of the road for Terri.

No, I don't think it is just a pressure tactic either. I believe they have proof, hard proof of her being guilty of something, but what? She isn't going anywhere. They want her to talk. Whatever led to Kain doing this today is for real, not just a suspicion and there is no going back.

My guesses are the worst, or an accomplice to... I don't know what. How about a happier ending for once? Tell them you and someone have the boy stashed safely and let them go get him. You are going down anyway.
