I imagine Kaine is paying his attorney with the money he earns from his job. It was mentioned in one of the pleadings that Kaine also has/had money in savings.

It is usual and normal in divorces for each party to show an accounting of all assets and liabilities. I suspect the fees Kaine is paying his attorney will be made known to Mr. Bunch and his client at that time.

Kaine works..HIS money..someone other than Mr. Kaine Horman,stays home to take care of the children and their everyday needs...,that would be wife/whomever...she/he makes no money...I really do hope that each party has the most appropriate opportunity to show assets and liabilities...I bet my Bunch, Mr. Kaine Horman will reveal where the money is coming from for his attorney...and thus goes the rest of the story...

Terri on her way to see her attorney with the new RO documents, sticks them in her purse, stops by Cook's house, goes to pee, and Cook slips out the docs and photos them without Terri knowing a thing.

You're taking Cook's word for what happened. Considering his behavior toward his former friend, that - taking his word for anything - takes too much of a stretch for me.

No stretch at all IMO. MUCH MUCH MORE OF A VERY LONG STRETCH TO BELIEVE ANY OF TERRI's CYA STORIES. jmo.

Weve got a guy who was "friends" with Kaine over 20 yrs ago and I'm more inclined to believe it was probably more of acquaintance or classmate to tell the truth. As I certainly have heard no claims of MC and Kaine being the best of friends even 20 yrs ago. That said MC fully admitted his foolish wrongdoings with Terri when confronted by police( and also fully admitted to the media including engaging in Inappropriate text).

For those reasons along with the fact that it has become fact that TERRi has lied on MORE THAN 1 occasion and certainly has A HELLUVA ALLOT MORE AT STAKE HERE THAN MC.

FOR THOSE REASONS JUST TO START WITH I FIND MCs version of how these events played out to be 100% believable with Terri's version once again being called into question of it's truth and accuracy. Jmo.

Yes, each party will have to give an accounting as to their assets and liabilities so that the attorneys and judge can come to a fair and equitable distribution of the assets and liabilities. Liabilities will include the fees each party is paying their divorce attorneys.

Kaine, by asking for knowledge about the $350k Terri allegedly is paying her criminal attorney, is trying to make sure that will not end up on his side of the liability ledger when the divorce is said and done. There is nothing sneaky, unfair, unusual, or out of line with this request. It is just plain old common sense.

This whole thing was HUGE when it happened and everyone was analyzing away about what it meant, so why is it not as big of a deal when it's dropped? Shouldn't it cut both ways?

I thought this "whole thing was huge" when it happened because MC used the address on the RO to locate Kaine and toddler's location. This event occurred after Terri asked the nursery staff to notify her when the toddler was brought to the gym nursery. Many thought she wanted to abduct the toddler and this is why Terri showing the RO to MC was a big deal.

It just isn't logical for Kaine to want Terri to be fined for indirect contempt of court. Since he is still married to her, part of the fine could become his financial responsibility because Terri is unemployed.

common sense to me is BOTH parties SHOULD know what their assests and liabilities are....doesn't mean they both do...just plain ole common sense to me...I'm waiting on Ms.Teri Horman"s request of where Mr.Kaine Horman's money is coming from their shared household income ...not sneaky,unfair, unusual or out of line for her request as well....just plain ole southern common sense....

I don't think kaine picked mc. and the "acquaintance" word is speculative.

I think that two people decided on a plan and followed through.

I just highly doubt that this happened. Kaine was scared for his life and both of his kids lives. More likely, Terri though she'd get back at him by seducing an old high school friend of his. And her mistakes got her in trouble. I don't know why this is so unbelievable to some. Terri is about as pure as yellow colored snow. She is no innocent victim of Kaine, only an addict of her own uncontrollable libido.
