Why would Kaine bar Terri from the gym? I can't fathom that detail.

He works out there as well.

Honestly, not trying to be snarky but if she was at the gym everyday from 11am-2pm what was she doing there?

She definitely does not have the body of someone that works out for 3 hours everyday.

I wonder if those are the hours of the day she might go. And sometimes you can work you butt off for hours and not lose anything, just saying....

Page 11, Number 3 - it asks to describes incidents of abuse within the last 180 days. Kaine states that he "recently learned" Terri tried to have him murdered. Is he referring to the MHF plot from months ago, but he only "recently" learned about it?

Because on Page 12, Number 4 - it asks to describe incidents of abuse that occurred before the 180 day period above, if yes explain... Kaine writes: "Respondent attempted to hire someone to murder me." Date: End of 2009.

I could be totally wrong (wouldn't be the first time :innocent, but does this mean there was more than one "incident of abuse" in which Terri attempted to hire someone to murder Kaine?

Or is it the same incident - in Number 3, he was "told" about it. In Number 4, he just lists the actual date?

Hi, I may be confused (duh) but it's not completely clear to me if there was ONE attempt to get someone to off the hubby or TWO attempts. I shall continue to try to figure this out.

I don't think she can be legally banned from going to the gym, but if he was there she'd have to leave.
As this case twists and turns I had my suspicions about TH and now I want hard evidence before I decide just yet.
KH seems organized and controlling this doesn't sit well with me unless LE approached him with evidence.

He lists a gym that he goes to -- That's the one she's supposed to stay away from. Then he lists a different gym that she goes to when he lists places she may frequent.
So, really, there's no reason for her to go to his gym, when she's got one of her own to go to.

You are good. It doesnt even look like the same hand writing, can his lawyer fill this out for him?

I am still rather surprised that a judge signed that based on that form alone, shouldn't there be something from LE stating his statements of LE's probable cause are true? Even the lawyer's letter doesn't mention LE so KH's statements are not really substantiated by anyone from what I have seen released.

I don't believe there is a banning or restricting where anyone can go.

It simply says: "To Aid in Service of the Restraining Order" please fill out this information, and that is where the gym information is. Where is Respondent Most Likely to be Located? (page 17 of RO)

They can do that in California. They can make a list of places for the restriction. Know this for a fact. It can be home, place of work, other locations that are frequented by the complainant.

I don't understand how she can be banned from any public place, if true. Perhaps while he is there, but not totally. I suppose the gym owner could ban her, if he wanted to. It is absurd to think that Kaine could have her barred from any place he might also frequent, as long as not at the same time.

And is the "probable cause" he is talking about his own conclusions from what he was told? I gather it is, as "probable cause" in the eyes of LE is enough for an arrest.

I wonder that too. That part of the RO scared the bejeezus out of me. He's worried she might go and get a gun? Did she threaten to do that? Did she say it would be easy for her to get one? It sounds like there wasn't one close by for her to grab, but maybe she could get her hands on one. I am dying to know, if she didn't have one at the time she threatened Kaine, what made Kaine think she was going to get one?
