The separation of TH and KH could simply be because TH had to finally confess her whereabouts after dropping Kyron off - she could have been caught cheating on her husband and he left her taking his little girl with him. Any good divorce lawyer recommends that you don't walk away from the house unless you want to lose it too. It doesn't necessarily mean she did anything to the little boy. JMO

Anyone else wonder if all of Kaine's behavior is to throw Terri under the bus and make people sympathize with him in an attempt to get any possible focus off of him?

I'm NOT accusing him of anything; just saying that I wonder if he's doing all of this now to make public sympathy slide his way. Maybe he knows some facts will come out once Terri is arrested & he wants to try and make people feel sorry for him or something.

I dunno (obviously). I've just felt hinky about him on & off since the beginning and am having a hard time letting that go, I guess.

Not at all, given the statement the family released through LE. If they (LE) thought he was suspicious, they wouldn't facilitate this, nor would Kyron's mom.

IMO, They knew then. They just wished they didn't.

Maybe they did know and TH was deemed to be going through some sort of psychological breakdown/episode..and they were encouraged to 'play dumb' with her so hopefully she would let someone know where Kyron was if she had him kept somewhere..to keep the ruse of normalcy up..her exaggerated behavior at PC would have been explained by this..and her clamping onto Kyrons incredibly distraught bio-mom..maybe she was also upset at the fact she had to play mind games with the woman who she believes took her child just so she would let it slip where he was at one point..and maybe she slipped today..and the whole 'everythigns fine' quote was another piece of her delusion playing out in her head..and as soon as TH slipped today Kaine got the heck out of there with little K...I hope all that makes sense my mind is racing with anticipation right now!

Wow. Our heads are spinning over today's events and we aren't even involved. If she didn't know anything about him taking the baby, moving out, filing for divorce and a restraining order, her head will be spinning a thousand times worse than ours. I hope they have some mental health professionals on standby when she's given the news (if she truly didn't know it was coming).

I truly believe she didn't know about the impending RO and Kaine taking baby away. Or she found out and has completely dissociated from reality. Either way, she wouldn't be lying. And in either case, she is in a crisis state and should be brought in for her own protection and that of anyone around her, IMO.

I would venture to say this was in the works beforehand and maybe what led to Kyron disappearing.I hope to God she's hidden that child to cause them to get closer looking for Kyron.Who knows what people will do in a divorce situation?But,maybe he feels by filing she will see that it didn't work and she better give up where he's at.

Honestly,This is exactly what I think.They need to look at both of them.

Exactly. Cheating isn't a reason to keep a biological parent from being near his/her child.

BUT you can't just file for divorce and legally take the baby with you. There is more to it than this. If he legally took the baby, then he was asked to do so by LE and or child services. And that means they know more than we do right now.

If you are caught with someone else other than your husband on the day your step-son has gone missing puts you in an awkward position considering all the speculation that she is responsible for his demise. She may have had not that much choice in the matter afterall, he is the little girl's father too, why can't he leave with her, woman do it all the time. They can battle it out in court later. Just saying...

I just went back and viewed that video again, without sound. The hug KH gives TY expresses a lot more emotion than any of the physical contact with his wife. I remember when I first saw the video, I was struck by how emotionless KH's face seemed. It seemed that TY displayed more emotion than the bio-dad. But if you are right, and they really knew (or suspected) what was going on at that time, it is totally understandable that KH would be showing a poker face. And would also explain the total lack reaction from DY to TMH's clinging. Just speculating...

I find it hard to believe that Kaine would do something so obviously distracting from Kyron... if it wasn't connected to Kyron. If he was doing this because she cheated, or from previous issues... he would wait until Kyron was found. There is no way he would do it now, when he knew it would blow up and completely distract from the investigation.

If he WANTED this to be what everyone focused on, instead of trying to figure out the investigation...then maybe that is different...

I believe this is standard procedure in a divorce action. In my state I have read several orders and it seems both parties get a mutual restraining order at when filed.

ITA. Explains alot of the things I was "seeing" but not "hearing" during those 2 pressers and the recent interviews with Desiree and Kaine yesterday and Today that I have seen. It kind of all makes perfect sense now.....
