2010.06.28 - Kyron's Dad files for divorce and restraining order

I will probably log on in the AM to see more shocking news, but for tonight, I have had enough. I actually feel sick since all of this started going wild tonight. It seems as though everything we learn only conjures up more questions and no answers at all. While I did figure we would hear something this week, this stuff never crossed my mind.
Whether intentionally or not, this action by Kaine seems to have gone a long way toward painting a target on Terri, this plus the 3-way statement from the various parents.

2. RO filed and permitted,
3. papers served at 6pm to TH
4. Kaine moves out with baby
5. Three parents of Kyron sign paper leaving out sm.

From what was caught on scanner Sunday.....I think the ball started rolling on Saturday afternoon. IMO, JMO, MOO, etc etc......

Yeah, I agree with you. If she was getting together a few things to go on the run, she wouldn't have answered the phone. However, if she felt compelled to leave the home because of all that's transpired, or the RO legally compelled her to leave the home, then she might be answering the phone and packing. Maybe she thought her parents were calling or Kaine or whomever. Innocent or guilty, she's definitely not in her right mind at this point.

If she's planning on riding back to Roseburg with her Dad tonight, she might find her driveway impassible--she might be taken into custody instead of being allowed to leave the county.

Since the child is not hers biologically or legally, she would have no obligation to take him along if she wanted to run away with someone.

Right. Doesn't make a lot of sense but in her mind, 'the mother can't care for him, the father can't care for him...' She maybe felt stuck with it all the time and doesn't want it anymore.

Okay, I cant think of any beleivable scenerio, other than what is black and white obvious, but regardless I have not seen any report stating the body of the baby has been found so there is still hope.......
I have not seen any positive thoughts posted, PLEASE guys stay positive miricles happen everyday, he needs our positive energy, and our prayers,

Seems that whatever happened, it certainly convinced dad. Looks like there isn't enough probable cause for an arrest - maybe?

Somethings going down for Kaine to file for divorce and take the baby away, and I don't think its because Terri was messin around on the side, IMO it has everything to do with Kyrons gone missing

Did this happen because LE was able to convince Kryon's dad that TH had something to do with his disappearance? I don't know. Could be.

One friend, who asked not to be identified, said that Terri Horman still felt as though the county sheriff's office was on her side.

josie and amanda came back from the dead basically.

jaycee was found years after she'd been given up for dead.

please give me some real hope that we can add kyron to this list?

The judge granted the restraining order quick, is that normal, I thought there had to be a court date.. Why would a judge issue a restrainng order so fast?

i filed a restraining order once against a girl who was stalking me. i had to fill out the form stating the things she had done to cause me to be fearful of her and a judge signed the temp order immediately. they set a court date to decide whether to make it perm. but at that time, in okla, a judge signed every RO making it temp until the court date. if the perm wasn't granted i would have had to pay court costs, which i didn't, she did.
