C also admitted having "inappropriate communication" with Terri Horman but he denied having sexual relations with her. "I never slept with her," C told KGW.

C did admit that he had Googled Kaine Horman's new address on his cell phone.

"She wanted to find out where Kiara was," C told KGW.

"I'm a pretty straight shooter," said C. "I didn't have sex with her."

Monday's court filing also stated that police had told Kaine that Terri's "sexual overtures to Mr. C resemble those made to the man Respondent (Terri Horman) attempted to hire to murder Petitioner (Kaine)."

While I would place bets that you are right about that, LE has said that everyone is still a possibility and no one has been cleared. So, there is still a chance that some weird scenario of a set-up could have happened. With all of the weird twists of this case, it might not even be that surprising at this point. TH is certainly doing every possible thing to make herself look bad at this point, but so far LE hasn't accused her of being responsible, either.

I wonder if Terri is soon going to find herself in need of a new attorney. What a damned fool. She had one of the (if not THE) best criminal defense attorney in the area. And she pulls a stunt like this. Frankly, I hope Houze kicks her to the curb over this crap.

I'm fast rethinking all my earlier objections to various scenarios that start "No, she would be smarter than to..."

Here's what all this has to do with Kyron...it shows that she does what she wants, when she wants to, and does not worry about consequences. And that she cannot (or doesn't want to) control her impulses. That is very bad news for poor Kyron, I fear.

ITA - Even if MC turns out to be the love of her life and she is totally innocent of all charges and/or allegations, I think most people would agree that, in her current position, she should be exercising an over-abundance of caution and using discretion, as she clearly is aware that she is under the scrutiny of LE. The fact that she doesn't seem to care about how her actions appear can readily be translated into a lack of caring about cause and effect and consequences. This, to me, is just like KC Anthony behaved after the disappearance of dear Caylee. KC was another one who didn't appear to care how her actions would be perceived by others when Caylee was discovered to be MIA.

Of course, there is no manual dictating the proper behavior of parents when their kids go missing, but I feel safe saying that 99% of parents of missing children have zero interest in sexting with new partners in the days and weeks following the disappearance.

Furthermore, I say this as a Scorpio woman who has been alleged to have a more, uh, lusty libido than most.

YEP, I was advised by my attorney not to date until the divorce was final but that was 12 yrs ago and my ex had moved from our house in with his affair person.

I am not saying that I approve of her behavior, but how would what she has done since HE filed for divorce and moved out be ANY of his business, no matter who it was with? If she tried to pick up her own daughter BEFORE the papers were filed, she had every right to do that. Where and why does he have access to monitor her text messages and private conversations? I guess I am not getting the point of asking for contempt of court when he clearly states that her contact with Baby K was BEFORE the papers were served?

The contempt is that she showed Cook the RO.

While the documents and the filing do NOTHING to further finding Kyron, they do reveal details sure to further incite rumor and innuendo. The actions of TH were ill advised and probably against the direct instructions of her own attorney (thus asking C to lie about her being at his home). HOWEVER, to me, this reveals far more about the jealousy, hatred and control issues that are exhibited by KH and appear to be at the core of whatever happened to this family in the first place. This filing action may very well backfire on KH, if the opposing attorney chooses to investigate and publicly confirm the rumors of KH's own affair with a co-worker. (Taking this from the media articles at the time of the accusations of the landscapers, not from the rumors rampant on the other sites before and since then.)

But the attorney's name (KH's attorney) is on all these papers and she attests to their validity IIRC. So it's not like Kaine is filing them himself out of jealousy, hatred or smearing her or his own "controlling" tendencies. If that were the case, then you'd think she wouldn't risk her professional reputation on "slander". And if all of this is coming from KH or LE in the form of "leaks" wouldn't we see it in stories as coming from an "unnamed source"?

The records released Monday ask Terri Horman to appear in court to defend herself against the claims she violated a restraining order filed by Kaine Horman last month.

"As set forth in more detail below, Petitioner (Kaine Horman) has learned that Respondent (Terri Horman) gave an unauthorized party(ies) access to the documents and/or information in the court file. Petitioner is unaware of the extend of who else is aware of the contents of the court file," wrote Laura Rackner, Kaine Horman's lawyer, in the court documents.

Because, I'm sorry to say that unless the landscaper she solicited to murder Kaine and Kaine's childhood friend she's "inappropriately seduced" are BOTH lying, Terri really seems focused on doing everything she can to hurt Kaine...and we all know that disappearring Kyron would be the deepest hurt of all to Kaine...and so, sadly, I think she knows what happened to Kyron, or she knows the person who knows...

I find it ironic that she would accuse Kaine of an affair when apparently that was her own intent with the landscaper. I am sure there are text messages that confirm that, as mentioned in the order.

I imagine that if a gag order hasn't been issued that LE doesn't see any harm in making the information public. Whether or not the information is disgusting isn't any of their concern.

I do not agree with her actions however if this is to break her I sure hope it happens soon. If it doesn't then they need to start looking elsewhere and at other people that could have taken him.

I agree. It's none of my business or anyone elses. But she is in the public eye and she knows it. It shows her judgement (or lack of) and that she couldn't care less about Kyron. I think she could end this all by cooperating with LE.

I haven't heard of sealed restraining orders before.
Are all sealed or just in this case?
What if Kaine showed his to family members?
wow- this case is making my head spin.

In my state, TROs and ROs are usually available to the public but they may be sealed if the petitioner can convince the judge there is good reason to do so.

If KH showed his copy of the RO to his family members, he would be in violation of the same order to seal the RO that TMH is alleged to be in violation.

I haven't heard anything that leads me to believe KH has shown his copy of the ROs to anyone unauthorised.
