Yes, some posters here and elsewhere immediately thought TH was guilty early on...but IIRC not the majority, not by any means. I, for one, was aghast at the accusations given the information in the public realm...from all indications those first few days, she was cooperating and very few things seemed immediately hinky to me. My opinion...and I think most others'...changed over time as the investigation progressed. It wasn't an immediate 'jump on the bandwagon damn the facts' reaction that the term "witch hunt" invokes. I appreciate why Houze is using the term (it's in his client's interest to create the impression that everyone is on a 'witch hunt')...I just don't think it's accurate.
Likewise, Houze is acting as though putting KH's address in the RO is somehow unusual. It's not...I have no statistics on hand, but from what I've read about the subject, it's not unusual to put an address of a new location in an RO, as the subject of the RO needs to know where they are not allowed to go. But it is not in TH's best interest to say, "it's not unheard of to put a new address in an RO"...it's in her interest to paint KH as being not really afraid of her/merely being vindictive just as its in his interest to claim that everyone is on a 'witch hunt' (I'd like to know if he thinks LE is on one, and if so, what evidence he has to show this).
