If I see the person who corrected me, I will ask for a link. I remember thinking it was about 10 days and about 200 pics. That's about 20 pics a day and who dresses and undresses that often. 200 texts make more sense. So I didn't ask for proof when corrected.

I should have not said Kaine might not be really afraid as I am sure she is under continual surveillence. However I know that if someone wants to violate an RO it is all to easy and can be over for the person wanting protection before the violator makes it to jail. In reality they are a formality that doesn't offer a lot of protection for the ones who really do need them. If Terri wanted Kaine dead, then he would have been with or without the address. She would have found him somehow. They all seem to.

This I can agree with. RO's are a formality and offer no real protection in the face of a determined ex (or whoever if the subject of the RO...not always a romantic partner). Yes, it can be 'over' before the violater makes it to jail...and this was something the clients I knew who made the (rather scary) decision to publish their addresses were aware of. They were also aware, as you said, that someone determined would find them no matter what. They felt more in 'control', I suppose, to just give the 'violater' their address up front...it was easier for them to set up surveillance at their new location than, say, at their job or at the grocery store down the street...and they gambled that if the 'violator' would try anything, it would be at what the 'violator' thought was a relatively witness-free home rather than a crowded, public setting.

I wouldn't say that KH isn't afraid of TH...but I don't think he really thinks the RO is necessary given what I'm sure is constant surveillance of her by LE. I could be wrong, but I somehow think it's part of a pressure tactic. I also think he's just lashing out at her...and given what he believes she did, I cannot totally blame him. even if I question the way he's handled *some* (though not all) things in this case.

I'm not surprised. Some of the things I have read in the comments to the media's online articles make me wonder if the writers are merely expressing their anger (inappropriately, IMO) or if they really would do something bad to TH if they had the chance IRL.

If this was just a few days or even weeks, then yes, show up in pjs. What I was trying to imply was that this has been 6 weeks and TH has been at the gym and at work and showing up in shorts and t-shirt doesn't imply seriousness on how this is an emergency. I do feel TH knows a lot, so I am NOT her posting this. I just feel if I was in front of a judge, and yes, even in Portland, Oregon, I would want to make the most impression. KH's lawyer knows this. I'm NOT critizing KH for doing this, just wish he would show judge more respect so that judge would realize how serious he was so that TH could be locked up NOW so nothing happens to anyone else SO FAR!!!

I'm sure the intense hatred, disgust, and cruelty directed toward Kevin Fox for the rape and murder of his daughter Riley, left an everlasting scar on his estranged wife and children. I've no doubt many in Illinois wanted the death penalty reinstated just to see Kevin fry.

His first several million came from winning a law suit against LE for a biased and neglectful investigation. Hope he gets many more millions writing a book about how a witch hunt and a 'guilty' sign, hung around an innocent person's neck, can all but destroy those involved. moo mho

With all due respect, I highly doubt that Terri could make any kind of move without LE knowing it.I just do not see her having the skills to elude them. They have been awesome in this case. I am still of the mind that they are carefully orchestrating everything. If the judge doesn't know how serious this is, then IMO he should not be on the bench. Like I said before, I do not think his wardrobe is really his priority. I think this is a non issue and is detracting from the big issue-- Where is Kyron?

Just as I hope Terri does not do harm to herself, I hope no one else does harm to her, as it would not help in finding out what happened to Kyron, as well as being another possible tragedy, if she is not guilty of a crime against Kyron. She appears to be pretty tough but we don't know that for sure. And there are some real nuts out there who don't seem to care about the trial and conviction part of all this.

I understand your post and its sentiments, but the scope of what is at stake here go far beyond clothing worn, IMO.

I really don't understand,the man's lucky he's not dead and has a home to go back to that he's paid for and given a pretty darn decent life to someone who has tried to get him killed.His son is missing,God knows what is being done to him,if he's even alive,which is on Kaine's mind every waking moment and every sleepless night till he probably falls asleep due to mere exhaustion.I doubt it's on the top of his mind to dress to impress a judge as the judge is more than aware the danger Kaine is in as long as she's out of jail.

In that this hearing was called for just yesterday, could it be that the judge last minute at the end of the day called all of the parties together short notice? I mean Kaine has always had a T-shirt and jeans on each time we saw him. So I'm wondering if this is just that he was out doing something and was called to the court very short notice.

Mr. Houze said Terri was now getting death threats. I think she doesn't want baby with her if there is a chance of her (Terri) being harmed. Houze did say he took the threats seriously.

I have to disclose that I don't have Terri pegged as a psychopathic murderer. I have yet to see any concrete evidence she is guilty so once in a while I try to look at the positive side of explanations. :crazy:

Well IF she is getting death threats then she probably knows how Kaine feels now. I have to say though theres some shocking facebook pages out though about her

However..i would imagine the reason most people are upset with her is because she wont cooperate with the police. If she is that worried about death threats...maybe she should reconsider her actions and help to bring this case to a conclusion. Its not all about Terri. Its about Kyron.

While I agree Terri should cooperate if she knows more than she is saying, I don't think she should be forced to do so by possible death threats.
