If I see the person who corrected me, I will ask for a link. I remember thinking it was about 10 days and about 200 pics. That's about 20 pics a day and who dresses and undresses that often. 200 texts make more sense. So I didn't ask for proof when corrected.

Dresses and undresses that often lol? I really dont think the pictures were of her simply getting dressed and undressed. Or certainly not the way you mean anyhow.

I understand your post and its sentiments, but the scope of what is at stake here go far beyond clothing worn, IMO.

I TOTALLY agree with you. My point was just pondering that if I was going against what IMO was my totally crazy spouse in court, I would want to be looking like a totally normal, suit wearing, yes sir to the judge, and do what ever was necessary to keep my and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, my daughter safe and try to get the judge to judge on my side. AS a mom of 4 kids, yes, I am sure I would be in pj's in the first few days, but 6 weeks out, I think I would have the sense, at least from my lawyers, how to act and dress to get what i wanted.

I mean Kaine has always had a T-shirt and jeans on each time we saw him. So I'm wondering if this is just that he was out doing something and was called to the court very short notice.

And what difference does it make? I think a "dress code" focus is going off track.

While I agree Terri should cooperate if she knows more than she is saying, I don't think she should be forced to do so by possible death threats.

Oh I agree. There is always the chance that someone will try their own form of vigilante justice. It's sad, but true. While we here walk a very fine line in discussing our suspicions ( and rightly so) not everyone is as rational. I am not even sure where I am on the DP. I am the last person that would want a miscarriage of justice.

Do you have a link for that? I thought the party they were not contesting is the moving out and that the hearing for both that and the RO were for next Thursday, and then KH wanted the hearing on when she moves out moved up.

With all due respect, I think that perhaps "various stages of undress" does not mean what you think it means? I'll try not to be too graphic, but if one wanted to send sexy photos to another consenting adult, one might do a series of shots of a striptease. One for each item of clothing, or lack thereof. Along with a few *ahem* :redface: other photos, that could easily add up to 20. Perfectly sane people do things like that all the time, apparently, even folks who are married to each other. Sorry if I make you :blushing: or if I was wrong about your misunderstanding.

Disclaimer: I do not own a cell phone and do not have personal evidence of people behaving in this manner, not that there's anything wrong with it.

Anyway, back on topic, yes if it were hundreds of photos, even without the three ring circus going on, that might be a little extreme, but then again, I don't know, like I said, I don't own a cell phone. What is the original quote about the situation? As I recall, it said hundreds of texts and photos, which could be any ratio of texts to photos, IMO.

ETA: Um, OK, not back on topic, but at least about the case. I don't think the photos and such have anything to do with today's hearing but they may have something to do with the RO hearing.

Did I hear correctly that Kaine is asking Terri for child support? Doe he receive child support from Desiree?

Ive not heard yay or nay as to whether DY pays child support to KH, but I know if they lived where I live itd be mandatory that she did. Since KH is the primary custodial parent... Thats how it goes here...


ETA- Ive not heard whether KH is asking TMH for support but if it were to go thru the custody proceedings as is with KH having full custody I know the courts would automatically be awarding KH custodial financial support form TMH... of course here in my state it would be mandatory.

I agree totally but....i just have a hard time feeling sorry for anyone supposedly recieving death threats who just months ago reportedly tried to hire someone to kill her own husband.

Judithannegg - I totally see your point. LOL....maybe we can meet in the middle? I would hope that the Judge is aware of the circumstances that propelled Kaine leaving his home, and that it was on the fly of receiving devastating info from LE and that he is making do best of what he has at this point.
