JMO, but I'm feeling the elephant in this courtroom is Kyron. Shouldn't TH be fighting for visitation of both children? Afterall, she's been his Mom for many years. Does anyone know if that would be customary, even though she's a stepmom, or if you get divorced, that's it, you have no right to see a child you raised. ??

Exactly, let us not forget that the RO was sealed at first and more than likely would have remained that way. It was only unsealed after MC took a picture of it while visiting with Terri and then sharing it with how many others?. It can be argued all of the live-long day whether that was directly Terri's fault or not, but it was in her possession in her home, she's an adult, and she knew it was sealed. It was careless to leave it out - if that's what happened.

It's always been curious to me how Kaine found out that MC had that picture of the RO. Almost....like a set up. Like, maybe MC took the picture himself without Terri's knowledge.

OOOH, I see this happening next! Her attorney is going to press the point of visitation, and his attorney is going to have to come up with something more than "timely resolution" and bring out that her client was given reason to believe his life and the life of their child was in danger, and at that point, her attorney will have his attorney over a barrel, because Kaine will have to provide documentation and proof or have the RO removed. Interesting to see if this happens!! (ALL my opinion) And all those interviews are available as documentation that Kaine Horman's face was out there making sure people knew Terri was guilty of something she's not been charged with so for that from his attorney, I say blech.

But now the abatement hearing is over, so we'll have to wait for a couple hours for a ruling.

But Terri's lawyers are the only ones bringing up how threatened she feels, and how she's portratyed negatively. Kaine's lawyers only rebutted that. If anyone is needing proof of their situation, it's Terri, and she can't have it because it comes from a totally separate case she surely can't risk bringing into the divorce proceedings. If her lawyers press the issue, then THEY will have to bring the case in to prove how threatened and negative her life has become. They would be shooting themselves in the foot. He believe his life and child were in danger because of the MFH plot, and that's what he's going to argue. Kyron won't be brought up at all unless Terri's lawyers drag it into the case, which they can't afford to do. So they claim all they want that she's in danger and portrayed negatively, but can't offer up the proof unless they bring the Kyron case into this. If anyone is in trouble here, it's Terri.

Terri Horman willing to agree to immediate divorce, with delay in settling custody issues to avoid self-incrimination http://bit.ly/bGgC0R
She wants money, to be free of marital bonds, but will "delay settling custody issues to avoid self-incrimination."

Yuck. This woman has incrimated herself from the get-go and now admits it in court. She puts herself above her child. That says so much about her character. Thank goodness Baby K is safe.

MY OPINIONS.

Why couldn't I see his posts!!

Here is what Dan has sent so far. NOTE: Newest posts appear at the top. We are updating this story as posts arrive at KATU.com:

11: 20 Court has adjourned. Judge Meisenheimer says he will rule on abatement issue at 1:30. Then they will take up "Suit Money" issue: Where did Terri Horman get the $350k to hire her laywers?

11:18 a.m. Peter Bunch says this is the most complex case he’s encountered in Family Law.

11:17 a.m.: Peter Bunch: says Kaine’s lawyer has mounds of information from the investigation: “It is fundamentally unfair for baby K (baby k) and for Miss Horman for me to be hamstrung in the divorce case for the information I have compared to what they have.”

11: 15 a.m.: Peter Bunch: “The publicty that’s going on is not being driven by Ms. Horman, it’s being driven by Mr. Horman, when he tells national media there’s no doubt Ms. Horman is involved.”
“If Mr. Horman is really interested in what‘s best for the child, then Mr. Horman wouldn’t object to any visitation by this child’s mother.”
“We’ll concede, Mr. Horman can have the house, right now. Mrs. Horman is going to lose money…”

Oh, I completely disagree. In fact it was Kaine's attorney who spoke only of "timely resolution" and never brought up a threat, and in response to Terri's attorney discussing visitation with K. If they agree to separate all these things from one another and deal with them that way, I can imagine "timely resolution" would ensue.

But Kaine doesn't want to share anything, doesn't want Terri to see her daughter, and in order to ensure that, has brought accusations that she can't answer because they're only on a restraining order........blech.

Me too but Mike said himself he was talking to him after he moved to the undisclosed location.

"Kaine Horman, who is living in an undisclosed location, has not responded to attempts by The Oregonian to reach him. Michael Cook, a friend from high school who earlier this month helped organize a vigil for 7-year-old Kyron, said he has spoken with him, but he declined to say how Horman was doing.

"It's sad," he said about the latest development in the case. "It's very sad. I'm just a friend. I hope Kyron comes home." "

I find this reprehensible on the part of Kaine Horman to pretend the best interests of his child can be measured on forcing Terri to do everything he wants and take everything from her. That he can for months be out there badmouthing Terri and then come into court and blame HER for what HE says. YEESH!

No, you're doing great. I can't imagine being so up to the minute with copying and pasting tweets and then having to pay attention to edits.

Thanks again for all your effort.
